I hesitated to leave a negative review, but a week later, after going to another hairdresser, I confirmed the lack of technical skill at this salon when it comes to coloring.
I arrived with Venetian blonde hair, requesting a darker red based on a photo. The hairdresser only asked me one or two questions, which surprised me, but I assumed she had understood my request.
I left with dark brown hair with reddish highlights; I didn't recognize myself. A week later, there are three different shades of color between the roots and the lengths...
I pointed this out to the hairdresser, but she was clearly acting in bad faith.
So, I paid €110 on the spot with no discount, and now I'm stuck paying €250 this week to "fix" it because there's no way I'm going back to work or school with this color.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR MICROBLADING!!!!! I had mine done at this salon and it's a disaster. It was done with the wrong color, it's not symmetrical, we had touch-ups done to try and fix it! But nothing worked, it turned reddish-brown, and that's just for the parts I still have left 😫 It's fading in some places so it has no shape anymore. It's been less than a year and yet visually it looks like it's 10 years old. I have to get it removed now. Run away!!!!!

I tried the Russian manicure and pedicure, and everything was done with great precision and gentleness. The pedicure area is separate from the rest of the salon, which makes the experience incredibly intimate and relaxing. The result is impeccable, clean, and long-lasting, and the little bubble bath with a massage chair is a truly relaxing experience.
The salon also offers treatments, massages, and makeup… a place where you truly feel pampered. I recommend it 100%!

As a tourist and perfume lover I visited the store to exprole some scents. The shop assistant was so kind and I had the best service so far. She introduced me some perfumes which matched with the notes I liked. I didn’t buy anything bc I was looking for smaller sizes, I left with two samples for free! Highly recommend this experience for niche fragrance enjoyers!
I really liked the place. But my last time I did regular brushing (which I did several times before) and the master Daria charged me 10 euro more and it cost 45 euro (I have a short hair). To be honest I didn’t understand the reason. Maybe because she did something with iron but I didn’t ask her to do it. It was a bit weird and unprofessional at my point of view. So please, agreed on prices if you go there.

I was charged 178 Euro for Balayage only. I have short hair. I asked it to be ash colour, but it went totally warm. I called back to have it changed. They did change it, but charged me another 68 Euro. When I complained I was told this is normal. I do not think Kevin Murphys philosophy agrees with such an arrogant customer service. Don't go there!

I’m in Biarritz from Miami and I couldn’t recommend Dayanne enough. I needed a mega volume lash fill so bad and went elsewhere while travelling and the person did a terrible job. Dayanne took her time to take off the terrible fill and fixed my lashes like I am used to back home. I will be coming back before I leave for another full before I go.
