The relaxation area is a bit of a letdown for a 4-star hotel.
The place could be better maintained; there was only one bottle of shower gel available for three showers, and it was empty. The cleanliness was average.
Regarding the staff, the reception was very formal and rushed; it felt like we were interrupting a coffee break between colleagues.
I came specifically to enjoy the hammam, but unfortunately, it only started heating after 18 minutes, and even then… I had to contact the manager several times before it was done.
The only positive point is that there is a large jacuzzi. The tea included in the package won't be served unless they feel like it…
Be warned, time is of the essence! Even if the equipment isn't working properly or the setup takes longer than expected, you'll be turned away without a second thought, without even having fully enjoyed the service or the agreed-upon time. In short, the service was poor and sloppy, and the hammam was faulty.

Nice spa with indoor and outdoor pools with strong bubble jets, sauna and hammam. Really fun place to chillout, silence is not enforced on site. We took the 2h promo and felt it was good enough. It's however overcrowded on Sunday. No towel, shampoo provided. Locker is free of charge. There's a room outside with hair dryers and body lotion provided. For foreigners, beware there are rules regarding swimsuits. They also sell at the spa in case your swimsuit is not allowed.
Today, the central basin is closed, water jets don't work, only hot tubs. Disappointed, I left soon. Really disappointing, however, the public is still accepted in a restricted space. We understand why

I’ve been here twice (both times as gifts) and agree with comments on lack of hospitality for this service. Although I did see improvement in one year (phone are still quite short with you though). I think there are also lacking amenities that could be improved (again still better than first time). But where I’m a bit disappointed by (no improvement at all), is that twice I’ve come, both times the custodian who cleans up the locker room has been in fits because we’re passing through to get our stuff. Considering that there will be foot traffic and that is literally the design of this place and only passageway, his grumpy reaction while understandable (frustration of what seems an enduring and everlasting task), it still seems completely unreasonable to be told off. So much for a relaxing experience on your way out.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel et Spa La Cour des Consuls twice this year (March and August) and both times I was absolutely delighted with my experience.
The hotel is situated in a beautiful historic building, which adds a unique charm and sense of history to the stay. Its location near the city center is perfect for exploring Toulouse.
The staff is incredibly attentive and accommodating. For example, during check-in, the concierge kindly shared some excellent tips on what to visit in Toulouse, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
The spa is another highlight—my "Graine de Pastel" massage with Anne was truly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind. The breakfast is also excellent, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day.
In the summer, the outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to enjoy a drink or a good meal.
Thank you once again to the entire team for this wonderful experience. I will return soon!
We just came back from a visit to Toulouse and stayed 5 nights at La Cour des Consuls. Couldn't be happier with our stay, they have the perfect location and very nicely appointed rooms. The courtyard is a great place to hang out - with live music on some nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we will definitely come back to stay here when in Toulouse next.
Exceptional! From the moment you arrive, you truly feel taken care of: the welcome is warm and the staff incredibly kind and smiling. Everything is very well organized; you're guided to the different rooms and you don't have to worry about the time since they come to get you. The setting is magnificent and beautifully decorated. You really have time to relax and forget everything else 🫧
Clara gave me an hour-long massage, and it was incredible. She really focused on my shoulders (which are super tense), and I left the massage feeling like I was on cloud nine. I also tried the diamond gel face mask: my skin was so soft afterward!
If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to have a carafe of cold water or violet water (delicious!) in the relaxation area, next to the tea. During my visit, there was only hot water. But apart from that small detail, everything was perfect! 🤍

Such a welcoming and kind family-run hamam, we were group of 4 and they found a way to weave us in for a session. Authentic steam room with scrubbing and home made clay recipe from Marrakesh.
Left feeling lighter and sweet, enjoyed complimentary tea in the restaurant next door, also owned by the family. The food there is highly recommended as well, few dishes with a lot of character and very delicious.
This is a perfect place to spend a few hours before a flight as we just did. A very beautiful, cozy, Moroccan Spa in Toulouse. Super loving staff and owners, caring for all the details. The masseuse was thorough and intuitive in her practice. The mint tea was delicious. Following the hammam and massage, I felt very relaxed before my flight! I thought the experience was great value for money too. I recommend. 🙂

I had high expectations for this experience, which I had treated myself to as a couple for our birthdays with my sister-in-law, and I left feeling so disappointed.
Upon hearing different sounds, I realized that the treatment I was receiving wasn't the same as my sister-in-law's.
Having brought my own shampoo and conditioner due to allergies, I had simply asked to use those products. I felt that this influenced the quality of my service, even though it was just a change of products, and I wasn't informed that this would affect my treatment.
At the end of the treatment, my hair hadn't been detangled. I had to detangle and restyle it myself before leaving the salon.
When I shared my experience at reception, the therapist didn't listen to me. My comments were consistently attributed to the fact that I had brought my own products, without my experience seeming to be truly taken into account. One of my colleagues offered to redo my treatment, but I was expected and it was too late in my opinion.
I hope this feedback will be useful and welcomed as a suggestion for improvement. Regardless of hair texture or the products used for health reasons, every client deserves the same quality of service, the same attentive listening, and the same care.

We were able to experience two different treatments offered as gifts for a new baby, and it was a delight. The little baby jacuzzi was very cute, although probably more suitable for a baby who isn't used to swimming lessons. The couples massage was wonderful! A true gift for the parents. On both occasions, the service was attentive, caring, and very welcoming. Thank you so much!
I tried the skin-to-skin massage with my baby. As the website said, it was an unforgettable experience... So unforgettable that I cried afterward.
This massage was a Christmas gift from Dad. We thought that both mom and baby would be massaged, or at least that baby care was included in the service, but not at all! There's only one massage therapist, so you end up taking care of your little one while you're being massaged! It's impossible to relax physically since you're holding them, or even to switch off mentally since the baby is hungry, sleepy, wants cuddles, etc. The music and atmosphere aren't (I think) suitable for very young children.
The massage therapist, who was very nice, told my baby at the end of the massage that my back was very tense and that I should come back without the baby...! It's clear the massage offered no added value whatsoever...
In short, 100 euros for a massage that provides no benefit or additional service compared to a standard massage... That's ridiculously expensive.

My wife and I were given a voucher for this spa by friends and family for our wedding when we visited them in France. We tried to book the next time we visited France (we live in Ireland) and they were fully booked.
I asked them at the time to try and fit us in if possible as we only get to visit once a year but it wasn't possible. We tried to book this time but they will not honour the voucher as it was bought over a year ago. I think this is disgraceful that a company will not honour a voucher in any way especially as the voucher was for a considerable amount (€150) and despite emailing them several times they have offered us nothing for the voucher, just told us that they are sorry and there is nothing they can do.
Companies should not be allowed to do this - vouchers should be valid currency for several years. And exceptions need to be made. I run a small business and we have always honoured voucher no matter how old they are. People have paid for them, the company has the money and it is the right thing to do. Extremely annoyed with this place and their attitude - they are happy to take money for vouchers and not honour them. The excuse they offer that the voucher is only valid for a year is extremely lame. Anyone knows that there is no issue honouring a voucher that is older than that. It has been fully paid for to the company and not honouring this is akin to robbery. Shame on you.
