I had a terrible haircut in England before I came to live in France for a year, and so wanted to get it sorted whilst I am here. I'm so glad I did and that I came to this salon. Marion cut my hair and she did a brilliant job, I came in with a few ideas and she was very helpful about tailoring it to my face shape. Marion was also very patient with my broken French!
If you have high standards don’t go. I went there for shampoo and brushing. They stripped away all my extensions while drying my hair, cause they just couldn’t be delicate. The curly brushing wasn’t professional. At the end I left with a headache and a robbery since I paid more than the maximum price for long hair and 15€ for conditioner. I can buy 2 bottles with that price.
This was my first time at this salon, it was recommended by a friend. I made an appointment online and when I arrived Thomas was the stylist (I didn’t choose a specific stylist when I made the appointment). He listened to my wishes and was clear about what he was doing. He even patiently answered my questions about the different products/techniques (I’m a very curious person, haha). I’m pleased with the cut and the highlights and would recommend Thomas and this salon.
This is the first haircut I have in a salon in France so I don't have a reference for French hair salon quality/price.
The salon was clean, my hairdresser was nice and they are very on time and efficient. They even have discount for young people under 25 (I paid 38euros for a shampoo+haircut+brushing)
From my personal view, it was nice.

Julie was absolutely brilliant! Can’t recommend her highly enough. I am visiting Toulouse for one month and was in desperate need of a cut and color. My last one was 3+ months prior on an island off of Honduras. Julie was a little mortified when she saw the prior work. (Yes, I needed help.) But she was so knowledgeable and insightful in her advice. She gave me just the right color touch up with a gloss that added beautiful shine to my hair, along with a cut that is just so chic. Some of the other hairdressers gasped with surprise at the drastic difference when they saw me come around the corner with the finished product. They had seen what I had come in looking like and were shocked at the difference. (Yes, it was both a compliment and a concern at how I was walking around prior 🙂 )

I am unfortunately disappointed with my experience.
The stylist told me before the appointment that my hair was short in some areas, which I understood. However, on the day of the appointment, the service was performed by a trainee who told me it could be done. The result was not what I expected, and the hairstyle ultimately couldn't be kept.
I asked to have the braids removed, but I still had to pay €40 for a service that didn't work. I understand the need to train trainees, but I would have appreciated being informed beforehand and having a commercial solution offered, given the final result. Furthermore, the woman I contacted via text message was neither pleasant nor professional, as she left my hair in a terrible state (full of gel).
It's a shame because the exchanges before the appointment were pleasant, but not specific enough about whether or not the style was feasible.
I wish I could give it more stars! I've been searching for a salon like this for ages. Finding salons with curly hair is often a real struggle, but not here! Professional, attentive, and where time seems to stand still. You truly feel like you're taking a real moment for yourself. Go without hesitation! I'm already looking forward to my next appointment!

I ended up buying their curly hair care line because that's what she used for my hairstyle, and the result exceeded my expectations. I was more than satisfied. She helped me reconcile with my textured hair and feel proud of it.

I highly recommend it! I was looking for a more intimate hair salon because I don't really like crowded salons where you can't hear yourself think. I found this salon and I think it's going to be my new go-to for haircuts 😁 Charlène is very competent, she takes plenty of time to explain things and gives excellent advice! The most horrible experience in my life here. As a hairdresser and the boss of the salon, he CUT my mole by cutting my hair, the first time in my life.... Besides, I had a very rough feeling when he cut, I felt bad when he pulled my hair then I said my experience in my country how the customer is being treated, he said "why don't you go back to your country to cut". What a horror for me as a foreigner. I don't understand why there's a lot of positive feedback here. If you want to cut your hair, this is definitely a place to avoid in the city centre.

Perfectionism
A disastrous experience from start to finish.
I went in for a blonde, and the result was a complete disaster, nothing like what I asked for. To top it all off, I was charged €250 for a service that was clearly poorly executed.
But the most shocking thing was the aftermath: the hairdresser acknowledged the problem, contacted me… only to tell me that she wouldn't do anything at all. No refund, no goodwill gesture, no offer to fix it. A total lack of professionalism and respect for the customer.
At this price point, it's simply unacceptable.
This salon is absolutely to be avoided. I strongly advise against it, unless you're prepared to pay a lot for a botched result with no follow-up.

We were visiting Toulouse and decided to get my daughter a haircut while in town. The gals at this salon were kind, welcoming, and able to get her in the same day without an appointment (at the end of the day). The hair stylist did a beautiful job on her haircut and put a lot of effort into washing and styling her hair as well, making my daughter feel like a princess. Wonderful experience!

As I explained to you on the phone, the problem is that you didn't follow the instructions I gave you. I asked for a specific length and even showed you a photo as an example. Despite this, you cut it much shorter than I requested.
I also find your response, in my opinion, rather clumsy, even misleading. You imply that you offered to "fix" the cut, whereas I explained that the problem was precisely that it was cut too short. Once hair is cut, it's unfortunately not possible to undo it.
My opinion simply reflects my actual experience.

J’y suis allé plusieurs fois, et à chaque fois ce n’était pas la personne avec qui j’avais pris rendez-vous qui s’est occupée de moi. C’est assez décevant.
De plus, les rendez-vous ne sont pas respectés à l’heure, et malgré une réservation, on demande aux clients qui est arrivé en premier. Dans ce cas, quel est l’intérêt de prendre rendez-vous ?
C’est dommage, car cela donne une impression de manque d’organisation et de considération pour les clients.
J’ai aussi eu l’impression que la coupe était faite très rapidement, comme s’il fallait terminer au plus vite parce que j’étais entre deux personnes. On a le sentiment que la qualité du service passe après le planning.

She's incredibly attentive, gentle, and exceptionally kind. The result of my highlights is simply extraordinary; she worked a true miracle to fix my hair.

When I arrived, Sophie and Zohra were incredibly attentive and took the time to advise me. My base color was light brown with golden highlights, and my hair was very dry and brittle due to years of extensions and coloring. I asked for something luminous and warm. I left so happy with a Venetian blonde balayage, just as we had agreed, with incredible highlights full of luminosity. My hair was damaged, so we couldn't push the bleaching too far, but Sophie was very gentle with it; it didn't break, and it came out more beautiful and shiny. On a personal level, I was completely charmed; it reminded me of places I've visited in Spain—warm and authentic. I've been to many salons here in Toulouse, some good and some not so good, and this one deserves a special mention. From the simplest to the wildest hair desires, go for it, ladies! I highly recommend it, and you deserve the recognition. She's mastered the latest techniques, and her authenticity is something that's often lacking.
