I have been going to Dan at Beauty Elite since August/September for microneedling! I had never had any microneedling done before so I was a bit nervous. Dan answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable during the process. I’ve now had 5 treatments and I can really see a difference in my skin! We came on a Saturday to enjoy the one-hour Head Spa treatment for two at Beautyboom. We received a warm welcome upon arrival.
The treatment was a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The allotted time was exactly as promised, and everything went perfectly.
We have absolutely no complaints; it was perfect! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this experience.
I came in for a full set of nails with extensions, my first time getting them done for a wedding. Alia gave me excellent advice and is careful with the products she uses to avoid damaging my nails. She gives great tips and is really very friendly. I'm very happy with the result and highly recommend her!
I came in April for a head spa. It was my first, and I wasn't particularly impressed when I left. I've since had the chance to compare it with another spa.
The head spa offered was rather superficial. The procedure wasn't explained to me at the beginning. And the treatment itself lacked pressure and slow movements. It felt more like gently stroking my hair than a proper spa treatment. The service needs improvement, even though the woman who greeted me was very welcoming and friendly.
It was my very first head spa experience, and I had a wonderful time. I received a very warm welcome, and everything was clearly explained at the beginning of the session. The massage was truly delightful, with various tools that made the experience even more relaxing. A big thank you to the masseuse who took care of me for an hour; it was a truly relaxing experience.
One small drawback, however: I could hear the entire nail service next door (the noise of the drill, conversations, etc.), which could sometimes slightly disrupt the relaxing atmosphere. Despite this, the experience was still very positive!
I came with my daughter to enjoy an hour-long couples massage, it was wonderful! Extremely kind and gentle!
We will definitely repeat this mother-daughter experience.

Each time, I left with exactly what I asked for for my highlights, even though it was a lot of work, especially the first time when they had to fix a previous color job that went wrong. The straightening treatment didn't work; it only loosened my curls a little, but it didn't straighten them at all.
As you can see in the photos, there's some residue from a previous straightening treatment on the ends, but you can clearly see that the roots and lengths aren't straight.
I called two weeks later to say that the result was completely unsatisfactory, and they offered me a fix for €150! I already paid €200 for the straightening treatment, and a touch-up should be free.
I waited over two weeks and had to follow up five times before receiving a response about a possible fix. I'm very disappointed with the salon, which had only good reviews.
Contrary to what you claim in your reply, I clearly told the hairdresser I wanted my hair as straight as possible to avoid the two-tone effect of straight ends and curly ends. It was indeed my mistake to contact you after my third shampoo, but I hesitated to call back because I was embarrassed by the situation, and the result, which wasn't perfect to begin with, deteriorated significantly after just three shampoos.

As an American, getting your first wax in france was a bit intimidating. The services are a bit different. In any case, the salon looked very clean and organized. The women were very nice & welcoming. My beautician was friendly and completed the areas I wanted, however, I did not receive any oil or moisturizer after the wax. I know in the US they do this after a service and I did see on their website that they explicitly state they apply oil of some kind after the wax. So I was a bit disappointed in that as my skin was irritated. But overall, it was a good first experience in france.
I've had a body scrub and leg/chin waxing done at this salon before and I've always been warmly welcomed. The atmosphere is very peaceful and calming, and the professionals are reassuring and efficient. I highly recommend it.

I paid €74 for a French manicure that turned out to be a disaster from day one: visible irregularities, excessive thickness, and a sloppy finish.

I had to have the manicure removed immediately by another professional, who confirmed the poor quality of the work.
Despite my repeated requests for a refund, the nail technician is no longer responding and is ignoring my messages.

The treatment was very comprehensive, including a skin analysis, exfoliation, mask, and even a massage. The welcome was very warm, as was the ambiance of the spa.
