OK the swimming suits... i can understand (not fully though) the conservative point of view in a country like France... but why is a head cap necessary? Too much for such a place. It should be more free and not so strict!
At the shower afterwards ... every minute you should push the button for the water to flow.. Otherwise the water stopped... Please give me a break... I came here to relax....

The only positive was the jacuzzi, which was clean. I find this spa to be low-cost! I've been to quite a few spas, and this one has average decor and isn't very private, especially since you could see outside. There was a lot of limescale on the shower wall; for me, a quality spa should be spotless. The ventilation system was filthy, which is the same as before. Everything should be spotless in a spa; it's a small detail, but it makes all the difference. There was no shower gel either, as a previous customer mentioned in their review…

We have subscribed for 2 years “pass tempo” and we decided to stop this year because of bad cleanliness, service and customer experience.
1/ Cleanliness : I have seen a lots of worms in the woman shower place, in the corner.Don’t know if it has been solved.
2/ Poor service attitude and Customer management: every time we did not use up the hours we bought, and the reception told us coldly that they cannot see how many hours left as if it is our fault and we need to recharge another time to see, it is surprising that at 2025 they do not have a TOOL to manage their users or a reminder for their subscribed customers!
In the end they are not the only SPA on the earth, isn’t it?
It was okay, but overpriced for what U get (2 hours or so for 20€). It's some kind of large swimming pool with spa character, no thermal water though, which is a bit disappointing but normal for this area of France.
Very very full on holidays. Unfortunately not very friendly staff, we didn't even get a proper hello, but just a strange stare... The floor in the cabins, toilets and showers were very dirty and honestly I found that a bit disgusting, considering that not everyone had slippers for themselves. U had to walk through the hair/water/god-knows-what of others and I don't know if they just didn't clean it on that day or if there were too many ppl or if they were understaffed, but it was a bit strange really. The outside swimming area is nice. It was nice to try, but I don't think I will go again.

Always a pleasure to come back to Calicéo. We went on the 23rd and it was quite full of people because of the holidays but still enjoyed it. Sauna was full and a part of it was closed. Hammam always available and relaxing.

Never been to a public swimming facility where normal men's swimming trunks aren't allowed... But they police your swimsuit strictly at this place. Women can wear a one-piece or bikini, and for some reason men have to wear form-fitting swimsuits. They tried to charge €15 at the desk for their 'regulation' swimwear, i.e. tight boxer style swim shorts (why is this a requirement?! Nobody could explain), and then €21 pp for 2h in the pool. It's not very convenient for Nantes central either so if you're a tourist, just forget it. Weird place.

This is just a quick review, but I can already feel the effects, barely 40 minutes after the 80-minute Sparta massage. It was my first time at the Cinq Mondes Spa.
A huge thank you to Marilou for her kindness and attentiveness throughout the treatment. The massage requires you to be as relaxed as possible, which wasn't a problem at all. She created a trusting atmosphere, and the time flew by. I was pleasantly surprised by the technical skill involved in the massage, which requires strength from the therapist and stamina (lasting 80 minutes, after all). I have great respect for that alone (among other things).
As for the results, my muscles feel much more relaxed, and I feel less nervous (it's been a long time). I'm planning to book another treatment later, and maybe even try a different one.

We had organized a surprise for our friend by treating her to a private spa treatment. Before our visit, we contacted the establishment to ask if we could arrange a bachelorette party there, and they agreed.
Once there, we were unfortunately greeted with unpleasant looks, sighs, and a clearly unprofessional attitude from the receptionist. This behavior immediately created an awkward atmosphere and somewhat spoiled our experience, which was supposed to be all about relaxation and good times.
We were patient and chose not to react so as not to further ruin the session, but it's important to mention this. A customer doesn't expect to be treated like royalty, simply with respect. This experience was clearly unprofessional, and we hope this will help other customers avoid the same unpleasantness.

I gave a gift certificate to this establishment a year ago for a birthday, thinking I was offering a truly relaxing experience.
The recipient, a very close friend, is now pregnant and on sick leave, a situation I explained calmly and respectfully in a very clear email.
This spa visit was highly anticipated, a real dream come true for the two of them. It was something they really wanted and represented a moment of well-being they had longed for.
However, the response I received was extremely cold, rigid, and devoid of empathy. The only "exceptional solution" offered was an extension of the certificate's validity until March 20th, even though the due date is March 17th, just three days after the expected delivery date, unless they were planning to give birth at the spa...??
Alternatively, it was also suggested that the voucher be given to someone else, as if pregnancy and sick leave were negligible details.
The result: you lose not one, but several customers. This type of response clearly does nothing to enhance the image of an establishment that claims to be focused on well-being.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement proche du tramway et la propreté globale des lieux. En revanche nous avons été assez déçus par les performances très limitées de L'hydromassage du jacuzzi et le fait qu'il soit relativement petit. Par ailleurs, l'eau moussait et semblait très chlorée. Dernier point, le local nous a paru assez exiguë. On s'est sentis un peu "confinés". Après, ce n'est pas non plus un centre de bien-être en soi mais avant tout un lieu pour des moments "intimes" donc ça peut se comprendre....

I was already familiar with the Institut Odette, opened by Anne in Nantes, and had the opportunity to discover the Spa Odette, an extension of the Institute. I enjoyed a one-hour massage by Chloé: pure bliss! A warm oil massage, personalized to my preferences: relaxing for the back, lymphatic drainage for the limbs, plus a scalp massage. I loved it! A glass of chilled water scented with orange blossom was served after the treatment (with a choice of hot herbal tea), and I was given a moment to ease back into reality in a cozy armchair.
