I visited the salon for a haircut and hair wash, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Lamia was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every little detail. She truly took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the result.

After travelling through France from Australia, my nails were overgrown and really needed a manicure. Hamada did an excellent job with them, which allow them to last strong and pretty until I came back home. He was so professional but at the same time respectfully welcoming, with interesting conversation which made the experience even better. The place is pristine clean and nicely decorated too. Very happy to recommend.
Beautiful place, great location, wonderful staff. They are not only professional, and smart, they are also very courteous. Clients are as respectful as the staff and the entire experience is top quality. I was fortunate to have my eyelashes embellished by a sweetheart of a man, and my eyebrows shaped by the manager. Both of them are well put-together themselves, so you can trust their aesthetic just by looking at them. Will surely return, and highly recommend this salon.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied and happy with the experience and the results. I always wonted my hair to be more straight, but it seems that I can have amazing waves! Flo was very professional, but cheerful and funny. She gave me a lot of useful advice on how to care for my hair at home and what to watch out for. Big thank you!
One thing I can say - it was a bit surprising that while there were 5 customers booked at 9AM (i booked my slot 2/3 weeks ago) the place owns only 4 massage/hair washing chairs… because Flo and I finished this part of the visit first, we were asked to vacant the seat for another customer, so I didn’t enjoy the extended massage as the other customers did (+/- 15min). This made me feel a bit uncomfortable, since I paid exactly the same amount of money 😬

I am so happy to have found La Belle Boucle. I have been getting my curly hair cut dry for years in the US and was looking for a salon that would do the same in Marseille. This salon is definitely a little more expensive than the average in Marseille- but it’s an experience. Flo took her time to understand what I wanted, explained everything she was doing in a way that was helpful and not at all condescending or judgmental. The shampooing+mask+massage chair, plus the customized feedback on my hair routine all make the extra cost worthwhile. She recommended lots of products that are available at the boutique- but I didn’t feel any pressure to buy things. Overall very lovely experience- definitely recommend. Flo is also bilingual English/French and I heard a few other people speaking English when I was there.
Really good advice to save my hair for frizziness! I will be back

Since I naturally have straight hair, I wanted a perm, and she guided me through the entire process with great care and understanding. She completely salvaged my bangs, which had been badly cut at another salon a few weeks earlier. I had a very positive experience and I will definitely return to this salon for my next haircut!

A place out of time. You feel relaxed just from the decor and the atmosphere.
The treatment was amazing; they were very attentive and made sure it was tailored to our preferences.
You're transported to another world, and it's hard to come back down to earth! The tea at the end was a lovely touch, as were the hair dryers provided.

I took an appointment online to do my hair and eyebrows. I went there but no one there seemed to be aware of my appointment. Instead I was given an another adress to do my eyebrows, no talk about the hair treatment. Just wasted my time going up to the salon there on my vacation. I wanted to share my experience because I often feel uncomfortable in salons in Marseille where everyone stares at each other and the hairdressers chat amongst themselves without paying any attention to the client. But here, I think I've found my new go-to salon! The hairdressers are kind, gentle, and knowledgeable about their products, so they give great advice. I even tried the Amazonian straightening treatment, which I'd never heard of before! I was seen on time, the brushes are very clean, and the straightening is incredible. A special thank you to Chaima.

We booked a Duo massage for €120 and it was a great massage and a great experience!! The massage took 45 mins, everything was so clean, and the masseuse had good massage techniques. After our massage, they took us into a room where we were served tea, strawberry, and dates. Very hospitable, clean, and worth the money! We highly recommend.

Thank you for arranging an appointment for me before the available times listed on the website, especially since I had a gift certificate; it was very much appreciated.
I came with a friend, and we had a generally pleasant experience. The best part for me was the massage chair, which was truly delightful. The therapist was friendly. However, I found some of the movements a bit rough. We saw on camera that my scalp is quite sensitive, and despite this, the use of certain tools sometimes caused me a little pain, which prevented me from fully relaxing (though this might also be related to my sensitivity).
The shoulder and neck massage was enjoyable.
As for the shampoo, I found it rather quick. I didn't really feel the effect of a hair mask on my hair: it was quite dry when I left, and even more so the next day. I also would have appreciated it if the products used had been explained before application.
My hair was simply blow-dried quickly. Since I have curly hair, the result wasn't ideal for me when I left.
Regarding the face mask, I don't usually have allergies and I don't have problem skin, but my face was incredibly dry and I broke out in a ton of tiny pimples the next day. Before the appointment, they ask if you want the face mask. I have no idea what kind of mask it is. Before agreeing, I advise you to ask what kind of mask it is or decline to avoid any risk.
Considering the price, I have mixed feelings about the experience and I'm not sure I'll go back, but that's just my personal opinion.
I had a truly relaxing experience at this hair spa. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a serene, calming, and impeccably clean environment.
The therapist was highly professional, gentle, attentive, and very friendly. Every touch was performed with care, allowing me to completely unwind and fully enjoy the experience.

The premises are very pretty and the setting is pleasant, but unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to my expectations.
The welcome was rather cold, and above all, the treatment wasn't a truly relaxing experience for me. The techniques were far from gentle, which made the experience quite uncomfortable.
I was also very disappointed with the condition of my hair after the treatment: it came out particularly dry, whereas it had previously been well-nourished. I don't know which products were used, but I noticed a real difference after the service.
It's a shame, because the place is really lovely and the concept could be very enjoyable. I was expecting more gentleness, well-being, and care throughout the entire treatment.

What a great experience to have when the Mistral makes it too cold to be outside (and not only). The ladies there made me feel very welcomed during my first hammam, I felt like I was part of a feminine community, something really beautiful. I definitely want to return!
