Good pharmacy in a busy area. Their prices are a bit higher than elsewhere but likely because of the central location. They filled my prescriptions and had to order one because they didn't carry it. It arrived the next day as expected so no complaints. I'll be back for as long as I'm in the area but it is a bit more expensive.

I have been buying from this pharmacy for the last 2 years, both online and in store. Their staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and have helped me several times, even over the phone.
They have the best range of products I could find in Valencia at competitive prices. In addition, they can order pretty much any medical product if they don't have stock, for me to collect after 24hrs.
I always check their website before going to the pharmacy, as they have some good web only offers that are not offered in store. Delivery is usually quite fast, within a day, or even a couple of hours.
If I could I would give more than 5 stars! I've been waiting on a package from another online pharmacy (Farmaciasdirect) for over a week, with no success. Decided to buy at Farmacia Ribera instead and got my package delivered in TWO HOURS. They are definitely the best in town.

More expensive than others but it’s 24/7 and good for emergencies
Says 24hrs 365days a year on their website and facebook, walked for 20 mins to get here at 11:15 and it is all closed.
I asked for a vitamin A supplement and got sold a prescription medication for people with an eye disease that have to take 50 times the daily dose recommended! I already took one, then tried to throw up when I realized it wasn’t a common supplement. I hope it won’t cause me health issues, for sure it won’t be good for my body. I had no prescription obviously, wanted a common daily supplement and they sold me such product carelessly.

Very clean and staff very attentive. Happy to help in every way they can. Pity they didn't have what I was looking for. As a Pharmacy it's great.
Went above and beyond to help me understand a problem with a prescription. They called the hospital and they figured out I was given the medication for the wrong patient. Very nice people and very helpful.

I was given way more medication than what was written on the prescription. The hospital messed up and I was given a paper with a different patients info with some of the same medications. While that isn’t their fault, the pharmacist (maybe an assistant?) did not question the amount or type of potentially dangerous medication I was given. I only add this review because I had to go to a DIFFERENT pharmacy to find out the error and have them explain the medication to me. This other pharmacy took the time to call the hospital to find out the problem which was very clear to them when presented the prescription.

Good morning, I went to the pharmacy to have my blood pressure checked (I have a chronic illness and I'm feeling extremely dizzy), and they told me they couldn't open the door for security reasons, even though I offered them my ID to verify my identity. And it's a Sunday at 10:10 in the morning... This is what they've become: a business rather than serving people. I won't be back.
This pharmacy is fantastic! The staff is friendly and very attentive. Teresita, in particular, is always so helpful and lovely, always taking care of the details of each family member's treatments. Thank you all so much!

I went in for flu meds for a spouse and came out with Pharmagripe and Klorane shampoo and Vichy hair serum with ginger and niacinamide. This pharmacy has a superb selection of nutraceuticals and cosmeceuticals and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Love that they offered alternative selections for flu

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Pharmacist Maged.
I got a small piece of iron stuck in my foot, so I went in to ask for help. He took it out straight away, cleaned the wound properly, and gave me the treatment I needed. He said my foot would be better in two days and it was.
I’ve gone back to my home country now, but I really wanted to thank the guy. He even spoke to me in English, which made everything much easier.
Honestly, I can’t recommend this pharmacy enough. If you need help, just go there.

Be aware of what they give you. I went to buy a ankle protector and found out that it’s too big and for the wrong feet after I tried it at home. I went there again two days after the porches, and they didn’t let me exchange for another one because it’s defected already.

Uptight pharmacy that frequently only has one of whatever you want or will only sell you one box at a time. The staff is not unfriendly but not friendly either. There are many pharmacies in the area that are more friendly, less uptight and have better supply.
Super helpful and friendly. I went in with a Spanish speaking friend to help me, but the pharmacist just spoke to me in English. It was great!

Lack of customer service, and from what I've read in the reviews, I see I'm not the only one. Things can be explained differently without adding certain comments. Improve your customer service.
This pharmacy charged me for the same product several times, so be careful when checking the receipt.
Whenever I go to this pharmacy, they greet me with a huge smile. The other day I needed to find some pills urgently, and the service I received was fantastic. I highly recommend this pharmacy because the staff are wonderful. I'll always come back because it's become my go-to pharmacy.
I'd been to this pharmacy quite a few times before because of its excellent location, and I'd always received outstanding service. But today, one of the women, Sonia, saved my ear, or at least saved me from having a difficult morning. Thank you for removing the earbud from my ear and calming my nerves. These things stay with you forever, and what goes around comes around.
I agree with Victor Ferrer's comment. They also tried to sell me a box of paracetamol for over 3 euros. When I protested because that wasn't the price I paid elsewhere, they told me the generic wasn't sold without a prescription. But I know that's not true because I've always bought the generic, which costs around 70 cents. I refused to pay that price and left, and I'll never go back. It's shameful to try to rip people off like that.
