Niten Gupta★★★★★
One of the best place in Nantes. Multiple shops in this complex. All types of Fashion and Luxury available here in good price

Cool place but surprisingly no drinking water facility. Strange that the Nantes city talks a lot about ecology but for an essential like drinking water, you will have to buy plastic water bottles!!
Ekaterina M.★★★★☆
I've been a few times in the Shopping Mall to buy goods and cosmetics. It wasn't bad, per se, but I would take attention on stuffiness. Also, there are long queues in the goods supermarket. I'm think it is not a problem of SM. It is just for your information.

Nice old shopping arcade in the center of Nantes. It has opened since 1843. Very nice decoration inside, especially during Christmas time! A must to drop by when you visit Nantes!
Victor Dyduch★★★★☆
Worth a look for the architecture.

While in Nantes, we returned to visit the Passage Pommeraye and were very disappointed to find the elevator out of service. As a wheelchair user, I was unable to visit all the floors. I hope the elevator will be repaired soon, as we plan to return.
Maria★★★★☆
After visiting the Passage Pommeraye, which is still beautiful, I love it 😄
We also visited the Passage Coeur de Nantes; it's not the same atmosphere, a bit sad, but the decor is still beautiful 🌹
Phéenix xia★★☆☆☆
The arcade was recently renovated. The atmosphere is very cold and the shops are very expensive. As a result, there are few customers and the shops are closing.

During a short visit to Nantes from the UK I called in at Galeries Lafayette to look for clothing (gifts) for my grandchildren. My rusty French language was no help but the staff in the children’s department on 16 and 17 April were brilliant. With their help and patience I found what I had in mind. I went away happy with exquisitely wrapped presents. Merci Becoup.
Liam Stack★★★★☆
Quality department store in centre of Nantes with good selection of top clothing brands and a nice homeware section also.
Roy-Andre Tollefsen★★★★☆
Nice store with an extensive collection of various high fashion clothes and makeup and more.
Bruce Bracken★★☆☆☆
Jan 2018 Edit: went into the housewares dept in tge basement, found something I wanted to buy,, took it to the checkout, where nobody was there, looked for another till, there isn't one, so left the stuff and walked away.
The loos cost €0.50/person, usual bored and borderline rude dame pipi, loos not very clean.
Not going back if I can help it.
Original review - It's a department store, so it's hard to get excited. However, despite the fact that it was one of the busiest shopping days of the year, the shop-hater that I am was not put off, didn't feel stressed and sort of enjoyed the visit. I almost bought something!
Caroline BOMBART★★★★★
Elegant and spacious shopping in central Nantes, housed in the Decre building. A wide selection across beauty, fashion and home. Perfect for browsing even if a bit pricey.

Roy-Andre Tollefsen★★★★★
Very nice shopping mall with a great selection of various stores. Easy parking both outside and inside. IKEA at the end of the mall (inside). Worth a visit.
Margareta B★★★★☆
This is the biggest shopping mall in Nantes. 1. They have special events for Christmas like photo with Santa Claus and etc.
2. They also have various options for restaurants inside from crêpes Breton, chinese food, burger, mexican food, french food, and... Five Guys!!
3. They also have IKEA and Leclerc.
Also completed with various types of clothing stores from Adidas, Zara, H&M, IKKS, Mango, etc.
For tourists/visitors in Nantes, if you want to go to the Atlantis, please remember to take the tram 1 with terminus "François Mitterand". The reason is because I crossed a lot of people who took the wrong one and they got confused about where to go. It's not a big deal, but it's always nice to plan your itinerary accordingly!
Fathima Hafsha★★★★★
This is a massive mall. Very big. Has all.what we need under one roof. A massif leclerc for grocery shopping and many other stores for food and shopping. Loved this place
Reuben Dias★★★★★
Very busy place during holidays, also well decorated. Decent offers during the holidays as well. Mostly visited ELeclerc here and had some snacks. The area outside is quite picturesque especially during sunrise and sunset. Need better walkways during the rains.

Jacques cahart★★★★☆
The elevator is frequently out of order. Decathlon employees use the entrance on Rue Scribe as a test track for the bicycles they repair, neglecting pedestrians. Deliveries to the shops (Decathlon and Superdry) are noisy, and there is no respect for the entrances to the accessible residences. The gates on the Rue Crébillon and Rue Scribe sides are very dirty when down. The shopping arcade is poorly maintained.
Steephany DUQUE★☆☆☆☆
So, the passageway is nice, but one question: why, today, November 25th, with a temperature of 8 degrees Celsius, is the air conditioning on throughout the entire passageway? It's quite strong; you can really feel the cold wind. Not great for the environment and really, really unpleasant for us users.
Michel Craipeau★☆☆☆☆
I have rarely seen such a sad passage, no atmosphere, few shops... Surely a design problem as it is very recent.
Begoña Jimenez Barbado★★★★★
It's a very nice place to take a walk and to shop; they have different things than shopping centers, and there's a shop exclusively for Harry Potter products.

Meh, it's ok. Small mall with a few eateries same a few small clothing stores. Large grocery store as the anchor. It's ok. Not much variety.
Mauikai★★★★☆
Although I seldom shop inside of this mall, if it's three things that I do make a stop here for from time to time.
1. My bank is located here, and even if it's unfortunate that it has zero drive through capabilities in 2025, going to the bank is necessary!
2. Jeff de Bruges Chocolatière I cannot get enough of 🍫
3. Yves Rocher Instituts, because I'm a woman who cares about the little things that make me feel incredibly relaxed and prepped for another week✨
Stéphane Rémy Philippe Launay★★★☆☆
Been there and hygienically, I'd rate the place a 7, however, in terms of explorers conduction, I'd say it's not so impressive. Nonetheless, a great experience ; overall.
Chidi Ifemeje★★★★☆
I had good shopping here. You'll find just anything.

This mall is big and has a lot of in stores, the supermarket Leclerc in thé mall Paradis is by far the biggest I had seen in my region Loire Atlantique. Nice place to hang out with girlfriend, friends, family and children's since it has a nice carrousel. Take the bus line C1 get down in the station Halluchere and walk less than five minutes. Or the tramway towards Beaujoire and get down in Halluchere.

I wanted to buy a 240 x 260 cm PERLE DE COTON brand duvet that was for sale yesterday, May 23, 2025, at the Nantes store. The price wasn't displayed. I asked a sales assistant who tried to find out at the register, but they apparently didn't know. This sales assistant came back to me and said she didn't know the price and that the duvet couldn't be sold to me. I overheard her talking to someone else in the store about going to lunch, then muttering to herself that it wasn't worth the trouble to look up the price of an item when management was exploiting them. Another customer was just as stunned as I was by the response of this young sales assistant with long, brown hair. If management needs it, they shouldn't hesitate to ask us for a statement. We encourage shopping in physical stores, not online, to support local businesses, but we shouldn't complain when customers turn to the internet after being refused a sale. Furthermore, I once came in with a small backpack/handbag containing my documents, money, and payment methods. I was asked to leave it behind the register, on the floor, with very little supervision. What professionalism and what business sense! This store is to be avoided because of the unpleasant staff! Management must address this major problem if they want the store to survive.
Smed Cha★☆☆☆☆
Beware of their return policy. The manager calls customers liars because she "feels" like the item has been worn, knowing that I've been buying from this store regularly for four years.
I will never return to this store, and I advise this woman that if she has suffered betrayal or lies in her life, she shouldn't project that onto others!
PS: Looking at the reviews about this old lady, her behavior, and her way of treating customers, my shock evaporated.

One of my favorite shops in Nantes 💖 The owner is lovely and always attentive. She always has the most beautiful products in her shop. Is a larger shop planned? That would be amazing to enjoy even more merchandise 😍

Tips for a Successful Shopping Trip
To ensure your retail experience in Nantes is as seamless and enjoyable as possible, it is helpful to understand a few local customs and logistical details. The city operates on a rhythm that balances leisure with commerce, and knowing how to navigate this will save you time and frustration.
Respect the Lunch Break: Many independent boutiques and smaller shops in Nantes close for a two-hour lunch break, typically between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Plan your itinerary around this pause to avoid finding locked doors in the middle of the day.
Embrace the Tram: The city center is largely pedestrianized, making walking the best option. However, for reaching spots like the Atlantis shopping center or the markets on the outskirts, the tram system is efficient, clean, and easy to navigate.
Bring Your Own Bag: France has largely phased out single-use plastic bags. Carrying a stylish tote or a compact reusable bag is not only eco-friendly but essential for carrying your finds from the market or boutiques.
Look for the "Fabriqué en France" Label: If you are looking for authentic souvenirs or gifts, prioritize items marked as made in France. This guarantees a level of quality and authenticity that mass-produced imports lack, and supports the local economy.
Visit on Thursday or Friday: While the city is vibrant all week, many boutiques stay open later on Thursdays and Fridays. This is the perfect time to shop if you want to combine a late afternoon browse with an evening dinner.
Navigating the retail scene in Nantes is a rewarding experience that offers far more than a simple transaction. It is an opportunity to engage with the local aesthetic, taste the region’s best produce, and bring home a piece of the city’s unique character.
By mixing the historic architecture of the old town with the creative energy of its modern designers, you will discover that the best souvenirs are often the ones that feel intrinsically connected to the place you are visiting. Take your time, wander the side streets, and enjoy the art of discovery.
