Le Petit Pointu in Saint-Tropez delivers Provençal charm with a warm terrace, attentive service, and delicious seafood. My favourite was the Thai style prawn wok! It's great for a relaxed dinner and soaking in Saint-Tropez's old-town vibe, with a solid wine list to pair with the meals.

I’ve been dining at this charming little restaurant for years, and it never disappoints. Today’s meal was no exception—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The menu features Mediterranean cuisine with subtle Asian influences, showcasing high-quality ingredients and delightful flavor combinations. A wonderful spot that consistently delivers a memorable dining experience.

A really chill restaurant in Saint-Tropez. Unusually it’s open in between 14-19 o’clock, so perfect for eating in between this time. The staff was really sweet and friendly and the ambience also really cool in ocean atmosphere 😀 The only small negative point were the kind of expensive prices, but I thinks it’s just normal in Saint-Tropez.

We ordered the ricotta and truffle ravioli, octopus bolognese, and fish & chips. Everything was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and created such a positive vibe. Highly recommended!

Le Petit Pointu is a charming seafood spot in St-Tropez with a lot going for it. The location is excellent, nestled conveniently near the heart of town, making it easy to find and a great choice for a meal after exploring the area. The food is delicious. The menu offers a delightful variety of fresh fish and seafood, all expertly prepared. However, the service could be improved. During my visit, there was only one server handling all the tables, which made things a bit slow. While the server was friendly and did his best, the pace of service was noticeably delayed. Overall, if you're in no rush and looking for good seafood at a fair price, Le Petit Pointu is worth a visit.

Great location to people watch albeit in main tourist spot. Good fritte de mer. Good service.

Typical touristique place. A place that can be visited only once and never again. We arrived at 13:50 and couldn't have menu of the day anymore. Although the kitchen is opened all day long. The lunch menu they serve only till 13:30 and it's not written anywhere. The food looks good but it's not tasty. The service is smiling only when you enter. I visit Saint Tropez twice per year, but this place I'll remember not to enter again.

Considering this restaurant is along the sea, expectations were low since this is the “touristy” area, but my mom and I were pleasantly surprised by the food here! We went in for lunch on a Thursday in April and were able to have a seat right away. Our servers were kind and attentive. We ordered two of the specials for that day- a burger and fish and chips. The food came out quickly and the quality of the food was better than we expected, especially the fish and chips which were delicious! (The picture does not do the food justice.) The atmosphere is trendy and the restaurant was the perfect place to relax and people watch.

We went there as a family. A superb atmosphere, generous portions. Very good dishes. Top quality and freshness. The chef was excellent and the service was very generous. A more than reasonable price for Saint-Tropez. An address to keep close at hand. This is our third time there.

A pleasant and friendly place. Impeccable cuisine, very good fish, excellent mussels. The octopus, tender and delicious, cooked on the barbecue, was a real treat. And for my 13-year-old daughter, who doesn't eat fish, they offered her duck breast, which she loved. We'll definitely be back. Julien, Stéphanie, and Julie

12/10. One of the best meals I’ve had in 3 weeks of travelling the entire south of France. This is Michelin grade restaurant at decent pricing and service. Highly recommend the cannelloni and the fig dessert! Wow. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely the place in town for fresh oysters. You can choose about 6 different types by half a dozen or a dozen. They also offer other seafood (shrimp, escargots, ceviche of sea bream and/or salmon), a selection of nice wines and champagne. There’s also some charcuterie as supply lasts. Prices are very reasonable. During the day, there’s umbrellas to provide some shade during the day. It’s always packed, but not that you cannot enjoy; bar tables are spaced apart sufficiently. There’s nice background music and the place has an overall easygoing atmosphere.

Fresh oyster, fresh shrimp, with good wine! Cost effectiveness and worthy! As I mentioned, oyster and fresh shrimp are highly recommended. It's a truly local taste which hiding in the lane behind the traditional building. While you are enjoying the food you can also enjoy the historical environment. You do not need to looking for a high class of seafood restaurant and this is the one you need.

Review to Management We were really looking forward to our family meal at La Petite Plage after having such a good experience at NOTO next door. Unfortunately, our evening was completely spoiled by the service we received from our waitress, Charlotte. From the moment we sat down, the attitude we experienced was extremely disappointing. Charlotte asked if we wanted the wine list, and I simply asked if we could have some water. From that moment onwards, the service felt completely different. It took around 30 minutes to order our starters, followed by another 30 minutes before we could order our main courses. By the time we were ready to order dessert, another hour had passed and unfortunately it was then too late. This was supposed to be a lovely family evening, but the poor service and attitude made the whole experience extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am addressing this directly to management because I genuinely believe that this level of service needs to be taken seriously. One member of staff can have a huge impact on a customer’s experience and, ultimately, on a restaurant’s reputation. We had a completely different and very positive experience at NOTO next door, where both the food and the staff were excellent. Based on our experience, I would recommend trying NOTO instead. I hope management takes this feedback on board and looks into what happened, because we certainly won’t forget how our evening at La Petite Plage was handled.
Marc Loves Food★★★★☆
A noticeably excellent choice in St Tropez Especially when others at the harbor front are well below standard & overly expensive. The feta salad to start was amazing & the filet of beef with gnocchi cheese & walnuts was also very good So was the strawberry cocktail for that matter Lively room open to the front. Sand floor. Really nice decor Classy & elegant with great service

The food selection is not the regular but nice fusion touches adds to it. Service is average. The avocado with crab is so good. The main we tried the kufta and lamb chops and it was fine. Atmosphere is nice especially late in the night when it turn like a club with loud music and party vibes. In general its worth
Monika Crochet★★★★★
A Cozy Culinary Escape From the moment you step inside, this place feels like a warm hug. Soft lighting, thoughtful details, and a relaxed, intimate vibe make it the perfect spot to unwind. Whether you’re tucked into a corner with a glass of wine or laughing over plates with friends, the atmosphere invites you to stay a while. And the food? Absolutely incredible. Every dish is made with care — rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and just the kind of comfort food you crave but rarely find done this well. From the first bite to the last, everything was chef’s kiss. A true hidden gem that feels like home, but tastes like something out of a dream. Can’t wait to go back.

The place looked amazing but… sorry… one of the most rude service ever! We asked for some water and no idea how many times we were if ignored. The waiter I believe she woke up with her left foot. With such attitude people should not got I work. The food was good but really… service killed all of the experience. At the end we said who is paying what. The lady was unable to calculate and add our orders and all the time was telling we don’t wanna pay for something. We were waiting 10 minutes or more that she was able to add all things… we were 6 people and really… we just took a main dish… I will never go back there again!

Andrei Dmitrenok★☆☆☆☆
This is by far the worst beach club we visited across St Tropez, Monaco, Cannes, and Antibes. Disclaimer: Given this beach club’s rating, I have serious doubts about the authenticity of many of the other reviews. Don’t be misled by the high rating like we were. A few things to keep in mind before you visit: 1. The staff don’t understand even basic English. None of the other beach clubs we visited had this issue. 2. The venue is severely understaffed. There was only one manager and one waiter taking orders, so the wait times just to place an order were excessive. 3. The beach is extremely dirty. We never saw cigarette butts or plastic in the sand at any other beach club. This was genuinely shocking. 4. Orders are forgotten or take an unreasonable amount of time to arrive. We waited 2.5 hours for lunch from the moment we placed our order. This is probably a consequence of the lack of staff. 5. The manager is extremely rude. When we politely asked about our order, we were rudely told to go back to our sunbeds. 6. The restroom was out of service for half the day. I understand this may have been a one-off issue, so I’m not holding it against the beach club. However, the issues listed above were more than enough to make this an extremely disappointing experience. Overall, this was by far the worst beach club we visited during our trip. We visited around 15 beach clubs in total, and none of the others came close to this level of poor service and organisation.
Maria Powell★★★★☆
Lovely day spent at this beautiful beach club. A warm welcome & very accommodating beachside team. Nothing too much trouble. Lunch was delicious, but took a lot longer than we expected. Didn’t detract from a very mellow day. We thoroughly enjoyed it & would go back in a heartbeat. Thank-you Team!
Michael deLeon★★★★★
Had a great day here. Walked over from our cruise ship. The lunch was amazing (whole sea bass shared with my wife). I reserved lunch a few weeks ago and emailed them a few days ago to reserve lounge beds on the beach (40 euro per person) as I realized they were separate reservations. Glad I did so as they were fully booked.

Chez Camille is one of those special places that you remember long after the evening is over. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth, soul and authentic atmosphere of the restaurant. The wonderful aroma of the charcoal grill makes the experience especially memorable. Everything was delicious and prepared with genuine care. The only point we found difficult to understand was the price of the bouillabaisse. At €90 per person, it felt a little too expensive for this dish. Apart from that, we truly loved everything. A very special thank you to Tom for his warm welcome, kindness and attentive service. He made us feel like valued guests and added a personal touch to our evening. We left with wonderful memories and would be happy to return.
John Hannin★★★★★
Chez Camille had been warmly recommended to us by several people and, from the moment we arrived, it was easy to see why - the restaurant is perfectly situated and the warm welcome from Romy only added to the ambiance. Much to our delight, our table was perfect - overlooking the beach. Cathie and I chose the fixed menu which, despite the seemingly expensive price of €125, actually represented great value especially given the quality of their infamous bouillabaisse. Our entire lunch was delicious, copious and served with professionalism and charm by Jordan. In summary, if you are looking for somewhere special and entirely memorable, look no further than Chez Camille - highly recommended.
Giovanni Cavallo★★★★★
An instant classic in Ramatuelle. We had some starters and I really loved the calamari. Then we had the pleasure of eating bouillabaisse for the first time, a local specialty, a soup made with grilled fish, and it was delicious. We were a party of 6 with a table overlooking the sea, and everything was refreshed with some Côtés de Provence rosé wine. Great experience and hospitality, I'll be happy to visit again.
Gary H★★★★★
An incredible discovery, Chez Camille has its own parking area which is always a plus point in the summer months when the roads are clogged with tourists. We where lead to a table overlooking the white sands beach, with the blue clear water of the Mediterranean lapping at the sand. Service was excellent and the food arrived quickly but not rushed, the sign of a well timed kitchen. Fresh pasta, that lovely homemade yellow colour. Why by the glass had an extensive offering. The pavlova is an absolute must. This is a great find on a secluded public beach, bring your own chairs and umbrella and reserve a table for lunch.
Melissa Ridgway★★★★★
Brilliant!!!! The food is excellent, the service is fantastic and the management are kind and caring. The atmosphere is amazing. The set menu is good value. I had the fish soup, the best l have ever had. Followed by the Lobster Linguine which was excellent. Desserts are great too!!! Will definitely be going back. Tried to book in February however they are closed for the school holidays so the staff can spend time with their children. I will return in March to try some more dishes on the menu. Can’t wait!!!

I had an unforgettable dinner experience at Restaurant Les Graniers. Despite the prices being a bit steep, the overall experience was excellent. The setting on the beautiful secluded beach was mesmerizing, and the menu offered a tempting selection. The service was incredibly attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout the evening. Although some dishes, like the 42 euro truffle pizza, may seem extravagant, the overall ambiance and culinary delights made it worth it. I'm already looking forward to coming back for another memorable meal!

What a lovely place. The ambiance is amazing, with the back drop of perfectly blue sky and the ocean, a great place for lunch. We got octopus and ceviche and a side of tomatoes, plus sole deserts. Food was good, service implacable. Would recommend though it’s on the pricey side and HIGHLY recommend making a reservation

A cozy little place about 15 minutes walk from St Tropez. Located in beautiful sheltered bay isolated from other venues, with its own pier. We ordered steaks, ceviche, and deep-fried zucchini flowers. It was tasty, warmly, and with a beautiful view on the sea 🌊 P.s. complete your experience with colonel desert 🍸

We had a wonderful dinner here yesterday in Port Grimaud and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our evening. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. We were lucky to have a beautiful table right by the water, where we got to enjoy the stunning golden hour. The setting and atmosphere were simply perfect and made the experience even more memorable. The food was fantastic. We had the lobster linguine and the sea bass, both of which were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. For dessert, we chose the mille-feuille, which was the perfect ending to an outstanding meal. A beautiful restaurant with a fantastic waterfront location, outstanding food, and truly top-notch service. We highly recommend it and would love to come back on our next visit to Port Grimaud.

A true culinary experience! The Table du Mareyeur is not just a restaurant - it is a stage for the freshest fish and seafood imaginable. As soon as you enter, it's clear that quality takes centre stage here. The presentation of the day's selection directly at the table is a real highlight. The seafood is presented on a wooden platter like little works of art. You can immediately see how fresh everything is - as if it came straight from the harbour to your plate. The variety of flavours is impressive: finely balanced marinades, delicate textures, perfectly cooked fish fillets and delicacies served raw that melt in the mouth. Each course is a small voyage of discovery through the sea. The service is attentive and knows all about the origin, fishing methods and preparation - as a guest, you feel that you are in good hands. The wine pairing also harmoniously matches the flavours of the sea. It was an all-round perfect evening for us. If you love seafood, you can't go past the Table du Mareyeur - authentic, fresh, full of flavour. A place that you not only taste, but experience. Thank you Caroline and Eliot and the rest of the Team for such a great experience!! See you soon, Pierre H.

Thjs is a local restaurant in the heart of Saint-Tropez, overlooking the water and harbor. It's mostly tourists who go here so it can be busy in high season. The food is ok but not great, it lacks flavor and passion. Go for a light snack and a glass of wine if your wanting to be near a really nice area.

Delicious food and a beautiful view, great if you’re looking for something authentic in the hustle and bustle of St Tropez. We already went twice but certainly will be going back ☺️

After spending the last few weeks in the area, we had unfortunately experienced many overpriced restaurants with rather disappointing food. This place was such a wonderful surprise! We came here for lunch and were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation, which made the experience even better. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with great care. The service was outstanding as well. The staff was friendly, attentive and fast, even though the restaurant was very busy. As I am highly pregnant we also really appreciated that they offer non-alcoholic alternative drinks, which is surprisingly rare in this area. What impressed us the most was the excellent value for money. Considering the location, the quality of the food, and the fact that this is Saint-Tropez, the prices are more than fair. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back.
James Dutton★★★★★
My dad took the 1969 photo while we were on holiday in St Tropez in 1969. Both restaurants are still there today! The food was great and the service and atmosphere were excellent as you’d expect. It’s not cheap, but the starters are recommended as ‘for sharing’ and there are main courses that don’t break the bank. The desserts looked amazing, but we didn’t have one.
NASSER★★★★★
We went there in the mood to eat seafood. The restaurant was a good choice. We had - Burrata salad with cherry tomatoes.. It was very good. - Anchovy on toast. It was very good. - The fish soup was very good. The service was super super nice.. Thank you Nicolas - The Pallea was average.. Needed seasoning. - Grilled Sardines was very good -

The location is great. It looks super nice. We were with a group of 11. The people were friendly but for the amount of guests this day there were not enough waiters / chefs. The food was not good at all. 3 main dishes never arrived and the other dishes were not good. Not ready and not prepared with love. We left and went somewhere else to eat something (after 2,5 hours waiting). Very disappointed.

Cosy sweet place, sister place to a popular seafood cafe just down the street. They can bring you food here from both places. We tried Caesar salad and fillet (medium rare), both were fantastic.

Great place. Only issue was service compris then pushed towards a tip on card machine. The door was great - you need to add a salad to the steak

Essential Tips for Dining on Seafood in Saint-Tropez

Before you make your reservation, understanding the local dining culture and seasonal rhythms will significantly enhance your experience. Saint-Tropez operates on a different clock than many other destinations, and knowing how to navigate the scene ensures you get the freshest food and the best value for your money. Here are the key considerations to keep in mind for your culinary journey.

Book well in advance during peak season.
The most sought-after seafood terraces in Saint-Tropez are booked solid weeks, if not months, in advance during July and August. If you have your heart set on a specific iconic restaurant, secure your table as soon as your travel dates are confirmed to avoid disappointment.

Embrace the local catch.
While lobster and oysters are ubiquitous, look for local Mediterranean species such as rouget (red mullet), loup de mer (sea bass), and sar (white bream). Asking your server for the "poisson du jour" or the catch of the day is the best way to taste what was brought in by local fishermen that morning.

Understand the lunch versus dinner dynamic.
Lunch in Saint-Tropez is often a long, glamorous affair, particularly at beach clubs like Club 55, where the energy is vibrant and sunny. Dinner on the port is more about the glittering lights and people-watching. If you want a quieter, more romantic experience, opt for a restaurant tucked away in the old town rather than the main waterfront.

Be prepared for the pricing structure.
Seafood in Saint-Tropez is priced at a premium, reflecting both the quality of the product and the exclusivity of the location. To manage your budget, consider making lunch your main seafood meal of the day, as many high-end restaurants offer slightly more accessible fixed-price menus at midday compared to their evening à la carte offerings.

Don’t skip the local rosé.
While white wine is a classic pairing for fish, the chilled, pale rosés of Provence are the traditional and perfect accompaniment to the local seafood. The mineral quality and crisp acidity of a Côtes de Provence rosé cut through the richness of grilled fish and shellfish beautifully.

As you plan your itinerary, remember that the soul of Saint-Tropez lies in its connection to the Mediterranean. Taking the time to sit, savor, and watch the harbor life unfold is as important to the experience as the food itself. Whether you choose a storied institution or a modern culinary gem, the freshness of the sea is the common thread that ties these restaurants together.

Ultimately, dining in Saint-Tropez is about indulgence and atmosphere. By selecting the right table and approaching your meal with a sense of leisure, you will understand why this small fishing village became a global capital of gastronomy and glamour.
