Unfortunately, I do not recommend this salon.
I had started a pulsed light treatment protocol, and overnight, it was switched to laser without any prior notification or my signing of any consent or acceptance document for this change.
During one session, my tattoo was burned, forcing me to go to the emergency room and undergo antibiotic treatment.
Furthermore, the results obtained are nowhere near what I had been promised.
The sessions were not completed, and no refund was offered. I canceled by calling the salon directly. However, these calls do not appear on the Planity platform, even though I have screenshots proving my calls.
Given my experience, the lack of follow-up, the damage suffered, and the absence of any solution offered, I do not recommend this establishment.
A loyal customer since it opened, I 1000% recommend Pure Concept salon for any service (I've tried them all except for IPL).
Every service is perfect. From the nail technicians to the lash technicians and the beauty experts, everyone is highly qualified, lovely, and funny.

I've been to Katia B's salon several times, once for a chocolate color treatment to cover up old highlights. The result was magnificent, and that was three years ago; the color is still just as beautiful today. Now I go to the salon for my curly hair, on dry hair. The first time, Katia completely restructured my cut with a lovely layered cut to frame my face and add volume. This time, a year later, she only trimmed the ends because I wanted to keep as much length as possible but remove all the damaged bits, and she also shortened the layers framing my face. The result is incredible; my hair is so soft and perfectly healthy, without split ends or dry tips, and yet no one notices I've had my hair cut because she must have kept my length. She also tweaked my layers. I recommend her 100% to all the girls who, like me, struggle to find a good hairdresser for curly hair who doesn't charge exorbitant prices.
Katia came to our wedding venue to do my hair, as well as that of my sisters, my mother, my mother-in-law, and my bridesmaids. She alternated between blow-dries, hairstyles, and makeup! All the girls were thrilled! I personally loved my hairstyle; it was elegant and modern. Thank you again!!

I went to L’Atelier d’Argan a little over two weeks ago. I had dyed my hair blonde myself on a light brown base, with some remnants of a previous blonde balayage. I then tried to fix this (supermarket) dye job at another salon… the result: I was ginger, with five different colors and completely damaged hair.
