LOVED everything about this salon-- the staff, the atmosphere, the attentivness, the music, the haircuts and the prices. The people who work here are very friendly, even if you speak very little French. My husband and I are on holiday in France for two months and desperately needed haircuts. I also needed color, and my husband wanted his beard shaved. We both were happy with our outcomes. The prices were very reasonable, especially compared to U.S. prices. They also managed to get us in and out relatively quickly despite being busy. Kudos to Sandra and her great team! Highly recommend even if you're not a local.
Loved the space and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. They were able to make us an appointment on the day which we super appreciate. However for a simple bun (which I showed a video how to do) and wash I felt it was overpriced. Which made me leaving with a distinct feeling that I was “ripped” off because I was a tourist. Paying 109 euros for the work was way too much! Specially in Europe.
Broshing well done , the hair cut is not at all as i expected , not at all what i asked for and she didnt cut that much i thought its more professional in cutting techniques but not at all , my bangs were already good so she fixed em better but the whole hair there is no specific change from how it was .

Excellent! Even I can't speak French Telma is so open to communicate in other languages. My first appointment with Telma was for body waxing. Everything went fast, professional, most important she was very concentrated to make sure all hair are gone. Telma is very friendly and makes you so comfortable that it's impossible to not return for another appointment. So 2 weeks later I had my manicure service done by Telma. She was very patient removing gel polish I had on my nails after bad experience in other salon. She cleaned my cuticles extremely good and brought back my hands to good shape. Even she needed 2 hours instead of an hour for my service, she still wanted to charge me only for semi permanent manicure, as I scheduled it on line! My favorite salon in Avignon and can't wait for another appointment with Telma!

So I am 9 months pregnant, and while visiting family in Avignon, the swelling really became uncomfortable.
I wish I had done this massage at the beginning and again at the end of the trip, not just 2 days before departing.
Even with a heavy belly, Telma made sure I was so comfortable for the duration of the massage. She is an expert for sure.
My feet especially are less swollen than the entire pregnancy so far, I am thrilled. 100% worth the price, especially when other places charge more.
I really enjoyed the beauté des pieds spa experience at Telma Soin & Beauté. It is difficult to find spas that offer pedicures with a foot bath in Avignon. So, I was very happy to find this spa. It was quite relaxing and Telma did a very thorough job. In addition the spa is very clean, bright and welcoming. I recommend this spa without hesitation and plan on returning.

I bought a gift certificate for €80 at full price in October, yet I couldn't even use the treatment. The first appointment was cancelled without explanation, and then I had to wait over three months for a new date. There was absolutely no flexibility, no customer service whatsoever: only text messages, the phone was never answered.
The most shocking thing was their complete refusal to find a solution for just two days after the validity date had expired, offering only the option of paying 50% of the additional treatment cost or taking a day off work. The certificate had already been redeemed long ago.
A very bad experience, with no consideration for the customer whatsoever. Their poor customer service makes it feel more like a scam than a relaxing experience. Avoid at all costs.

As a client of Giulia's for eight years, everything had always been perfect. She was a lovely esthetician, incredibly kind, with meticulous and impeccable work.
Unfortunately, she left, and I was offered an appointment with the new esthetician. I then had the most traumatic experience of my life at a beauty salon.
The waxing took place in the waiting room, which had no air conditioning. The wax remained constantly soft, making it difficult to remove and the service very uncomfortable.
But the most shocking thing was the complete lack of privacy. The "treatment room" was simply separated from the waiting room by a folding curtain. While I was having my intimate areas waxed, several people, including the owner and other employees, walked behind the curtain. I felt extremely uncomfortable and deeply humiliated.
After eight years of loyalty, I am very disappointed by this experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this institute under these conditions.
I've been a client of Russian Beauty since the very beginning, and I've never been disappointed. I've had several services there, including body waxing and eyebrow pigmentation (semi-permanent makeup), and the results have always met my expectations.

I discovered this lovely salon this fall. I had a treatment that was truly wonderful, and six months later, I can say the effects have lasted! Plus, I was charged for the treatment she deemed appropriate, and it was one of the least expensive.
I also got the haircut I wanted—not 25 cm shorter than planned or charged €50 just for trimming the ends—and without any demeaning comments that made me feel stupid or worthless. Having been completely fed up with hair salons, I'm now a convert, so I highly recommend them!

Tout était parfait du début à la fin, dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie dans un lieu propre et agréable, avec une ambiance apaisante. Ouahiba a pris le temps de m’expliquer le déroulement du soin et ses différentes étapes ensuite elle m’a laissé m’installer et m’a posé un masque chauffant pour les yeux (petit détail qui fait la différence durant le soins).
Le soin du dos ainsi que le massage étaient tout simplement incroyables. J’ai réussi à me détendre au point de m’endormir ! Je ressors de ce moment totalement satisfaite.
Une expérience que je renouvellerai sans hésiter et qui me donne envie de tester d’autres prestations encore !

Clean and modern hair salon. Staff speaks enough English to a non-French speaker like me. Erika who cut my hair to a perfect long bob was very nice and gentle. Price is a bit on the high side but you get really comfortable here, especially me as a tourist who wouldn’t want to experience any accident with a haircut. Highly recommended. Book in advance easily via Google or their website. I’m a satisfied customer.
