Saint-Tropez is synonymous with superyachts, designer boutiques, and sun-drenched terraces, but you do not need a reservation at a Michelin-starred restaurant to eat well here. The village and its surrounding roads are packed with casual eateries serving everything from wood-fired pizzas to fresh seafood sandwiches. When you are short on time between the beach and the shopping districts, fast food in Saint-Tropez means quality ingredients served without the long, leisurely wait.
The local definition of “fast” often differs from the global chains you might expect. Here, speed is paired with Mediterranean flair, focusing on panisses, socca, and freshly caught fish rather than heavily processed meals. You can still find familiar burgers and fries, but the best spots put a Provençal twist on the classics. The goal is simple: maximum flavor with minimum delay.
Because parking in the center can be a challenge during July and August, many of these locations are best reached on foot or by scooter. A quick bite near the Vieux Port offers incredible people-watching, while spots slightly outside the center provide easier access for those driving along the coast. Knowing where to go saves you from overpriced tourist traps that rely on foot traffic rather than flavor.
This guide focuses on spots that offer counter service, takeaway windows, or exceptionally quick kitchen turnarounds. We have prioritized places that use fresh bread, local produce, and high-quality meats, ensuring that even a quick meal feels like a taste of the Riviera. Whether you are craving a juicy smash burger or a crispy fish sandwich, there is an option to satisfy your hunger.
For visitors trying to balance a tight itinerary, a quick meal allows more time for the beach clubs of Pampelonne or exploring the Citadelle. You do not have to sacrifice the glamour of Saint-Tropez just because you are eating with your hands. In fact, grabbing a gourmet sandwich and sitting by the port is one of the most authentic local experiences you can have.
Below is a curated list of the best spots to grab a quick, satisfying bite in and around Saint-Tropez. These venues have been selected for their consistency, speed of service, and ability to deliver a taste of the French Riviera without the white tablecloth formality.

Definitely recommended for a quick and affordable bite!
It’s conveniently located right next to the bus station.
We ordered quite a few items and were served very quickly. The staff was friendly and spoke English reasonably well. The food was excellent for the price, I especially recommend the Le Gypsy panini and the cheeseburger. They also offer menus that are a great value!

We had some really nice fast food. Good prices

This is one of the coolest fast-food restaurants we have been to (by far!). The staff is so friendly and cool. The guys fulfill every dream even into the late night hours. You’ll see that in Saint tropez after midnight almost every food place is closed, but fortunately Chez Sabrina stays open until early morning! Baba (one of the owners) is so nice. And they have vegetarian options! Roman will play great (French) music and you can dance and eat there. It was awesome! Will definitely come back!!

Great sandwiches for to go on the road trip! You can also sit if you have time !

Great coffee and shaded seating at a fraction of the price of other places. Also free wifi - just ask for the password. Right at the end of the pier - no sea view but great location.

Grabbed a quick bite here. Was pretty good. The only drawback is they don’t accept cards and only accept cash, which is quite ridiculous in 2019.
Other than that, great for quick bite if you don’t feel like sitting down.

A great and highly affordable place to have a takeaway in St Tropez where food prices are sky high. For someone on a budget in St Tropez and looking for excellent food, look no further. The service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Nice burger spot near the entry of St Tropez. Parking is limited and food is pricey. Nice outdoor sitting to watch the supercars drive by. Food is tasty and atmosphere is chill.

It’s in a cute small plaza with other restaurants with shared outdoor seating. My husband loved their burger and had it two days in a row. The salad was ok but would get a burger instead. The sweet potato fries are very good!
They have parking but very little.

Great food! Great fun atmosphere. If you like late night dinner with music and a fun atmosphere this is the place for you. Lots of options on the menu to choose from, salads, burgers, dessert, chicken wings. I had a salad and loved it.

Not only did they rip us off because we asked for two fries, but there was only one in the package (it is closed, so we realized it only at home), but the beef patty was completely raw, disgusting, filthy! You guys make me sick!33,5€ for such a rubbish!

Had an amazing steak frites sandwich in the centre of St Tropez. We enjoyed it on the lovely terrace in the sun with a beverage for only 15€ total. The man working there was on his own and besides the fact that it was busy he remained really friendly and the service was quick. The sandwich was filled to the brim and we could easily share it with two peope. Would recommend!

A truly wonderful discovery! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile by an exceptionally kind, attentive, and friendly owner. We immediately felt right at home. The dishes were absolutely delicious, generous, and prepared with great care. Every bite was a delight! This is the kind of place you want to return to, both for the quality of the food and the exceptional welcome. Thank you for this wonderful experience, see you very soon!
Nelson Gavino★★★★☆
A charming and pleasant little terrace, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment. The menu is simple but truly enticing, offering delicious dishes. What particularly struck us was the owner's dedication: he does everything himself (serving, cooking, taking payments…) and yet remains very friendly and welcoming. He confided in us that he only sleeps three hours a night, and you can really feel the passion and energy he puts into his work. A wonderful spot in Saint-Tropez, where you leave with a smile as well as a full stomach.

Awful disgusting food. Old cold chips. Asked for hot ones got the same cold ones again. Burger patties are paper thin. Inedible. Ordered the chicken bacon king burger - nothing like the photo at all disgusting. Service slow. Manager not helpful.

This burger king is amazing, in france it’s always better but was very surprised about this location. it’s massive and the service is elite. you can order from machine or counter and food comes out immediately it feels like. Some amazingly unique options in this burger king like goat cheese balls and a crazy good louisiana chicken sandwich which i was surprised about. i came with friends and ordered a solid amount and it came out to like 15 euros. i was hungry and wanted to try some sides like the wraps which were also great. overall a great location and as far as fast food goes is great.

Worst place ever in Saint-Tropez! Just escape!
The pasta stand tastes really bad and is over priced. You’d rather book in one of the central restaurants in town. For same price, you’ll get a better value.

I ordered from here via Uber Eats, €45 including delivery for an XXL taco and cheese nachos with bacon. What can I say? The delivery was incredibly fast, probably because this place isn't exactly busy.
At least I can't imagine anyone eating there twice or ordering from there a second time.
The nachos were just a handful with some kind of industrial cheese sauce and bacon sprinkled on top. It looked awful and tasted just as bad.
The XXL taco (€24!!!) was indeed stuffed, but far from XXL, though at least it was completely tasteless. 😉
Of the three different types of meat, you couldn't see any difference, and the taste was indistinguishable from bland to bland. The limp lettuce and the unidentifiable sauce made the taco awful.
If the taco had a color, it would be beige.
But hey, now I know what prison food tastes like; it certainly can't be worse.
Marlon Sakhri★☆☆☆☆
We ordered two Times Square burgers to take away with three fries.
I never write reviews, but we were very disappointed for the following reasons:
- The price listed on the Times Square burger website was €11.90. We paid €14.90 in the restaurant, and the fries were also more expensive than the online price.
- Some ingredients were missing, like the pickles. No one pointed this out when I picked up and paid for my order; I only discovered it when I opened the two burgers at home.
- The size of the burgers is ridiculously small, with an industrially produced ground beef patty on top of that.
All this for €45... We were very disappointed and left hungry.
This experience confirms that we won't be returning.
Julien Valour★☆☆☆☆
This is the second time we've ordered. The first time was a disaster, with portions so small that even a 5-year-old would still be hungry. The second time was today, even through Uber Eats. One classic chicken taco and two XL tacos, €19 for the XL which is exactly the same size as the classic one—personally, I call that highway robbery! And the food wasn't even that great. We wanted to give it a second chance, but never again!!
And above all, don't order the kebabs; there are three tiny pieces of meat fighting over almost €10, and they're completely pointless. This establishment is a disgrace to the restaurant industry!

I came in for dinner and was really amazed! The interior looks really fancy, the service is absolutely incredible. We have asked if we could have the tuna steak without wine sauce, they found a way to serve us a delicious alcohol free tuna steak! On our road to Pompelone beach me and my GF were hungry. We decided to eat at McDonalds. We took McFish mayo, cheeseburger, McWrap, 2x fries and 2x drinks. Food was dry, no taste and cold. Long time we had to wait for our order. Restrooms need more attention. In general I’m not recommend that place.

Best Mc Donalds experience ever.
Walked in the Restaurant and got welcomed very friendly by the cleaning lady.
Ordered food for 4 persons at the selfservice counter with changes in one Burger plus at one salad. It lasted max 5 min..as the lady arrived on our table very friendly. Not only this, she directly informed that she will come again with the next tablet and explained clearly what was open at this time..1 min later all arrives without errors etc for 4 people.
As we dropped our tabletts at the sorting bar, a sec later a lady was picking up the tablets and helped in light speed to get rid of the tabletts.
Respect Team! Keep going this way!

Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!! Got our food as soon as we ordered and the quality was amazing! The service was incredible, even with a language barrier it was great. As we are, we observed guillaume and the rest of the crew going above and beyond cleaning and making sure everything was great for everyone. The dining room was lively and everyone was laughing! Tips for Eating Fast Food in Saint-Tropez
Navigating the casual dining scene in Saint-Tropez requires a bit of local knowledge to avoid long waits and inflated prices. The rhythm of the town changes drastically between the sleepy winter months and the chaotic summer peak. Understanding when and how to order will dramatically improve your experience.
Avoid peak lunch hours when possible. If you want to avoid standing in a long queue, try to eat a slightly early lunch at 11:45 AM or a late one after 2:00 PM. The rush between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM is intense, especially near the port, as both tourists and local workers flood the streets looking for a quick bite.
Embrace local specialties over global chains. While you might crave a familiar burger, do not miss the chance to try a Pan Bagnat or a slice of Socca. These regional items are often made fresh daily and offer a more authentic taste of the Côte d’Azur than a standard fast-food combo meal.
Check if takeaway is cheaper than dining in. Many casual spots in Saint-Tropez charge a premium for table service, even if it is just a small bistro table on the pavement. Ordering your food "à emporter" (to go) is often faster and avoids the service charge, allowing you to eat on a bench overlooking the yachts.
Carry cash for small vendors. While most established restaurants accept credit cards, smaller kiosks, beach shacks, or market stalls selling quick bites like panisses or crepes may have a minimum card spend or be cash-only. Having a €20 note in your pocket can save you a long walk to an ATM.
Look for the "Formule" or daily specials. Many fast-casual spots offer a "Formule Midi" (lunch deal) that includes a main dish, a drink, and sometimes a dessert or side for a fixed price. This is almost always the best value for money in a town known for its high prices.
Saint-Tropez may be famous for its luxury, but the casual food scene is grounded in simplicity and tradition. A quick meal here can be just as memorable as a fine dining experience, provided you choose a spot that respects the ingredients. By stepping away from the main tourist thoroughfares and following the locals, you will find that speed and quality can coexist beautifully.
Whether you are refueling after a morning on the water or grabbing a late-night bite after exploring the old town, these fast food spots offer the perfect balance of convenience and Provençal character. Enjoy the flavors of the Riviera at your own pace, even when time is of the essence.
