I tried the Japanese Head Spa at this salon and was pleasantly surprised! From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but once inside, you discover a warm and inviting space where you immediately feel relaxed.
The treatment was a truly relaxing experience. Throughout the session, I enjoyed numerous massages: of the scalp, of course, but also the nape of the neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. The pressure was perfectly balanced, neither too strong nor too light, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The products used smell wonderful and really contribute to this feeling of well-being.
At the end of the treatment, my hair was carefully dried, and tea was offered to gently conclude this relaxing moment. I left feeling completely relaxed, with incredibly soft, shiny, and light hair.
A perfect experience from beginning to end. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a true moment of well-being!

Personally, I had the Absolute Head Spa and it was DELICIOUS! A little introductory matcha ceremony followed. Then a body massage that was so incredibly relaxing! It's so nice when they ask if you'd like a gentle massage or something more intense. I told them I wasn't particularly sensitive, and honestly... it was perfectly relaxing ☺️ then the head spa... My hair is soft and silky... the massage was lovely... 👌🏻
Then I finished with a nice cup of tea in a beautiful setting. Because yes, the entire decor is thoughtfully designed, pretty, and even a little girly! And above all, refined... I absolutely loved it....

It was just epic. The hairdresser came and told the girl who was washing my hair that she hadn’t slept all night — exactly the kind of thing customers love to hear.
Then I showed her some pictures of what I wanted. I’ve had haircuts in different countries, and it has never been an issue before. I’m really surprised. She just cut the length, but I have a layered cut — she didn’t bother to trim the shortest layer, just the ends. Even after I told her, she didn’t touch it.
Then I told her my bangs were crooked, and she replied, “That’s how you wanted it.” Come on.
The comb fell on the floor, and she just picked it up and continued using it on my bangs. She kept dropping the scissors and everything else, and in the end, she even dropped the blow dryer on my face. I’m just speechless.
Also, the robes they use are not appropriate — I left the salon with half my hair still stuck to me. The uniforms of both girls were dirty. I don’t understand how this establishment can have such good reviews, especially in this price range. Ok, they have massage chairs, but it is not my priority by hair dressers.

I chose this salon because of its high rating and booked specifically with Philip after carefully reviewing his work, which I really liked. I wanted the haircut to be done by him and made the reservation in advance for that reason.
However, during the appointment my stylist was changed without any explanation or apology.
The final result was very disappointing. The haircut is uneven, difficult to style, and still causes daily frustration more than a month later. Very poor communication and a lack of client-oriented approach for a salon with such a strong reputation.
While visiting France I wanted to get a hair cut. Had an amazing experience with Philippe. Great conversation and an awesome hair cut. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked into this salon, I felt like I was in good hands. I usually just get a shampoo and cut, but I have bangs—which, surprisingly, many places struggle to get just right. Not here. They nailed it on the first try! My stylist listened carefully, paid attention to the little details, and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. I walked out feeling fresh, confident, and so happy with the result. I honestly can't recommend this salon enough—it’s a total gem in Strasbourg!

#Nails. Please do not waste your time like I did. What can I say…This is the worst nails experience I had in my life (not even exaggerating). It looked like it was the first time the lady did nails in her whole life. She tried to do semi-permanent on my nails, TWO times; she had to remove them cause they were lookig hideous (all bumpy and so). Even she was shocked about how bad she was doing them. I really thought it was her first time too. Not to mention that they have like maximum 8-10 nail colours. Then after removing them, she left them like this… please do not waste your time like I did.
I loved the experience! The staffs are friendly and the atmosphere is great. I got a microdermal piercing with the lovely Cassy and everything was better than I expected.
She explained the whole process to me and was very attentive to my questions, I recommend her 100% and I love my new piercing, merci Cassy!
Had my hair and make-up done here for family photos. I had Deborah C. She was lovely and did a beautiful job on me and spoiled my 4 yr old ( gave him candy and fixed his crazy hair a bit.)
A gentleman did my make_up and we were able to talk a bit. I was very happy with what he did.
I speak next to no French. I still felt very welcome and they gave me a great experience. I would highly recommend.

What a little gem! I spent an hour at this beautiful and cosy salon. Casey the owner is awesome! She explained everything to me about the session.. what to expect-what she was going to do. I came in for a 30-minute hand treatment. When I arrived, someone was getting waxed; the door to the treatment room wasn't closed, and they were visible from the reception area. The esthetician was running a little late and cleaned the nail table first before attending to me.
The treatment ended up lasting 18 minutes instead of 30. I received a scrub, cream, and oil, and that was it. No manicure, no nail care (filing, cuticle work, etc.) that I thought was included.
I left with my hands covered in oil and had to wash them several times to get back to my daily activities and avoid leaving oil everywhere. I'm disappointed with the service, even though the esthetician was very pleasant, friendly, smiling, and kind.
Casey is the only person I trust for my eyebrow shaping, and have for years! I wear very little makeup during the week, but a beautiful, structured, and natural eyebrow shape is enough to completely transform my look. I recently tried a brow lift for the first time at Casey Beauty and I LOVE the result: again, very natural, the eyebrows aren't stiff and unruly, they're simply tamed and smoothed, making them easy to brush every day! I highly recommend it.

Les meilleurs! 😍 From the people to the music to the quality of the work. They are the best hairdresser in town, especially for color and balayage. They also specialize in curly hair and use Aveda products. We have been to many hairdressers in the US nothing compares to this place. Plus the staff is so kind and patient, merci we will be back 🫶🏼
I don’t write a lot of reviews but if it’s deserving then it should be heard. I didn’t get the best treatment here and didn’t feel good after I walked out. Perhaps this salon is only great if you’re a regular customer otherwise, if they know you’re a foreigner you are put to the side (I live in France even though I’m a foreigner). The second time I’ve been here with a rdv they made me feel like a second priority next to their normal clients (I picked this up since they seem to have friendly conversations). I got a haircut which took 10 minutes and a hair gloss that would’ve only taken 15 minutes but overall took at least 1hr30 because of the very long wait. On top of that, I’ve booked with the stylist Hugo and he pushed me again and got someone else and overcharged me in the end. Don’t recommend this place at all! Too bad you’ve just lost a client.
I contacted the salon back in January when I first moved to the area asking whether they spoke English and had experience coloring Asian hair. I said my hair was dark and thick and I have been dying my greying roots myself for a while. I wanted to get balayage done, which I had done previously in many other salons and the results were great. The response came quite quickly- yes we speak English and yes we have experience working on your hair.
Delighted, I booked my appointment first opportunity I had this past weekend. The appointment was meant to be 3.5 hours and I was quoted 170 euro for the service. I was fine with that.
I showed a pic of the hair color I wanted and asked if that was possible, without skipping a beat, the stylist started mixing colors so off we went. I am not a hair professional, I didn't know what they were putting in my hair. There was no communication whatsoever, not about the process, the expectation, length of service, none. We sat in silence for 2 hours straight when they finished coloring my hair, so I thought, until I saw another cart wheeled towards me with a similar mix and two stylists started opening the foils and applying more of the mix. This is when I asked the person who spoke a bit of English- is everything ok? I saw panic in two stylists eyes and the most senior one (the one speaks some English) told me, no your black hair is blocking the BLEECH, we did it TWO times over, but it's blocking it. It's because of your dye (which is only on my roots...and I am getting a balayage done)...your hair is now orange..
"What do you mean? You bleached my hair without my consent. Twice? And you didn't realize how my hair would react to bleach? of course it would go orange. now what are you going to do to fix it?"
More excuses came, more of the same, somewhere in between, they tried to give me a chemistry lesson.... Also apparently he did a Japanese girl's hair once and it turned out great.. wow silly me.
Long story short, after 4 hours in the chair, finally, they applied toner and the orange was gone. To be fair, my colour now isn't bad, despite it wasn't what I had asked. It's dark brown... which I could have achieved in much less time without the bleaching.
4.5 hours later I'm in the chair getting styled. I asked for a slight beech wave but I walked out looking like a poodle.
The final bill was 278 euro. I gasped at the price (100 euro more than quoted), he gave me the following excuses:
- twice the bleaching products
- overtime for 2 staff
- more products this more products that
- look it's dark outside already
The guy was getting more and more aggressive and yes it was 8pm by then and it was dark outside. I didn't want to linger any longer. I paid and walked off with my sculp tingling.
If they had told me what I wanted to achieve was not possible without bleaching, I would have said no and asked for their recommendation, like I have many times in other salons all over the world and received great advice.
If they had let me know what they were adding in my hair, I would have told them to stop because my hair would turn orange and it's not the way to go.
If they had owned up when I contacted them that they didn't have much experience working on Asian hair, I would have appreciated it.
If they had not charged me for the extra bleaching products which I had never asked for, I would have understood and let it go.
If you have similar type of hair- thick, dark, or if you want an honest service, don't go there.
One of the worst, most careless haircuts I have ever had. What usually takes an hour took 15 minutes because the hairdresser clearly didn’t care at all. Bits of my hair fell everywhere. My shirt was full of them. Not cheap, and the place has some very questionable decor.
Not very good service. They talked about me rather badly in french, not knowing that I understood them. It’s difficult if you don‘t speak french and it all felt pretty rushed and I didn‘t feel at ease at all. I explicitly told them to only cut the ends and they cut way too much. What normaly takes an hour they did in 15 min and spent the rest of the time styling my hair badly. They don‘t seem to know how to deal with curls or hair at all. I definetly wouldn‘t recommend it.
