I went spontaneously and they had an opening, the owner cut my hair and it’s been healthy and luscious since then. I super appreciate it. 🙏🏼 The only “but” was the ambiance: everyone seemed fed up and like they wanted to end the day already. Other than that, they did what was asked and very well.

I’ve made this appointment as a birthday present for my wife and we’ve waited two months it. On the day of at 5 in the morning she got a text cancelling because Pierre is sick.
I mean at least cancel a couple (or a day at least) ahead.
We’ve hired a babysitter and taken days off from work for today and made the plans almost two months ago.
At this price range I was definitely expecting valuing your customers more.

Amazing place, amazing service, amazing team and amazing results. I am absolutely delighted with my experience at the Studio Thomas TUCCINARDI. I speak very little French, so Thomas himself helped me decide the treatment and cut and translate to the team. Corentin did my Soin Tokyo (can’t explain how shiny my hair is after this 🤩), and Pierre did my amazing haircut. Them both went above and beyond being extremely patient with my little French, and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate that (they made the experience so easy and fun for me). Having moved to France a few months ago and not speaking the language, I was a little scared of getting my first haircut here, but I definitely found the right place and will be back many times.

I was very disappointed with my visit to this salon.
I had booked a service advertised at €490 (treatments, advice, highlights, etc.), which was on sale for €290 in April. At that price, I expected a much better experience than at a typical salon—especially when some offer prices three times lower.
Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The reception was practically nonexistent, with the exception of Aymeric, the new hairdresser, who was friendly, professional, and offered good advice. The salon is very small and doesn't at all live up to its upscale image.
The disappointment continued in terms of comfort: no particularly comfortable or relaxing chairs or shampoo basins, no massage equipment... just a pouf as a footrest.
In the end, I am extremely disappointed with the quality/service/price ratio. This experience clearly does not justify the price charged. I understand better now why it was only possible to book three days in advance for a Saturday.
A big thank you nonetheless to Aymeric, who helped make the experience a little more enjoyable.

Clean and staff were quite friendly. I paid 160 medium hair cut and roots color. They don’t offer a free conditioner after they wash your hair so you have to pay extra if you want a hair mask. I thought it was quite strange for a premium place. Also, if you want to drink everything costs extra, they don’t offer complementary coffee or tea.. also there is no head massage included when they wash your hair. It’s a very basic place for a premium price.

The hairdresser was quite polite but my shirt is all wet the water while shampooing went everywhere. Worst was haircut I showed her a picture exactly what I wanted which was short hair long bob and she cut it all straight and uneven, to which I asked her to do it and it’s still uneven in the back. Even the hair drying I shower her that I didn’t want my hair flat and in the front long a bit wavy as it’s bob and she still didn’t do this. I understand it’s the ending of the day at 17h but if you are tired cancel the appointment. So disappointing and I am furious because my hair is so short now and cannot even fix it.
Sara did a wonderful job giving me a fresh new cut. While my French isn’t the best we were able to communicate with photo reference and some Google translate. Despite my language barrier she nailed the haircut 🙂

Exceptional service, talent and professionalism. Went in for highlights, cut and styling, and came out looking and feeling beautiful. I showed them photos of what I was hoping for, and they exactly matched what I wanted. The salon also carries Kevin Murphy products which can be hard to find. It is conveniently located in the heart of Lyon, and booking online is easy. A friend of mine recommended this salon when my former stylist at a different salon left, and I couldn’t be happier with all the staff and stylists at Nomad. I can understand unforeseen circumstances, but being notified twice after the appointment time shows a lack of respect for clients' time. I am very disappointed by this lack of professionalism.

I had semi-permanent eyebrow makeup done and I'm very happy with the result. I love the makeup; it's subtle and natural, and the esthetician really respected my preferences. She clearly explained the procedure and how the makeup would evolve in the following weeks, and she also gave great advice. Semi-permanent makeup requires two sessions, four weeks apart, and the price includes both sessions.
I recommend it 200%!
We went as a couple. We had a Houston treatment, I think (pedicure with a Pedispa in a massage chair) plus a polish application for me, and a gel nail removal and repair for my nails, which were badly damaged from previous gel manicures done poorly by unprofessionals. Great job on the repair and thank you for your valuable advice.

Without question, the professionalism, quality of stylists/colorists, and overall experience is exceptional at this salon. Zak (stylist) and Pierre Alain (colorist) are masters at their craft, each taking time to discuss together what will compliment my cut, face shape and look I want. It is clear they have both been trained by the best; I always leave there feeling beautiful. I receive unsolicited compliments on my hair by people on the street on a regular basis, something I had never experienced before going to this salon!
Also, a special note about Dorothee in the spa: she is the best! After a facial with her, it is like I got an instant face lift. My skin is glowing and radiant, and she knows exactly what my face needs in terms of treatment (cremes, serums for dry skin and wrinkles, toner for redness, etc.). My skin has never looked better, thanks to her.
The entire salon staff including reception, stylists, colorists, shampooers, and estheticians are equally attentive and kind, and will tend to your every need. They will make you feel like a movie star. I am so happy to have found this salon!

I have mixed feelings about my experience.
The welcome was very professional, the team was pleasant, and the result was excellent: I'm very happy with the highlights.
However, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the prices. I had booked an appointment by phone for a Flash Reflet at €85, specifically to avoid the cost of a full balayage. Upon arrival, however, I was told I had booked a balayage appointment, which was already confusing.
During the shampoo, while my head was at the sink, I was offered a treatment. I accepted, but without being told it was an additional charge. Similarly, at the end of the service, I simply asked for air drying, and at no point was I informed that it would be charged.
The surprise was therefore significant when it came time to pay: my bill came to €158, including a long hair styling service charged at €50. After complaining, the salon acknowledged the error and issued a partial refund, but I discovered that a simple air-dry was still charged at €37.
I understand that some services are charged extra, but the customer should be informed beforehand. Between the treatment and the drying, several additional costs were applied without their price being disclosed beforehand. It's a shame, because the quality of the work is excellent, but this lack of transparency leaves a bitter taste and spoils what could have been an excellent experience.
