I had an excellent massage here today. The entire experience was relaxing, professional, and thorough. Every area that needed attention was worked on expertly, including my neck, back, legs, and feet. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Caroline was my massage therapist, and she did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.
My husband and I booked a 3 hour duo session for our anniversary trip and loved it! We did a Hamman steam, had massages, and facials. Each of us was asked about our individual skin needs and it seems that our facials were tailored to those needs. We left incredibly relaxed with our faces glowing! We even recommended the spa the following day to our tour guide. If we come back to Nice, we would book again!
Had a lovely afternoon at this spa starting with the hamman then a full body scrub and massage. The therapist Pauline was very professional and kind. A half hour private use of the hamman is included when booking a Rituel du Monde. Skin is so soft today!
I had a really bad experience at this spa. I booked a massage hoping to relax, but it honestly felt like the therapist had no technique at all. The pressure was inconsistent, the movements were rushed, and at times it didn’t even feel like a professional massage.
I left more tense than when I arrived.
The room wasn’t comfortable, the atmosphere wasn’t relaxing, and the overall service felt careless. For the price, I expected something much more serious and skilled.
I was visiting during my trip and chose this place based on the reviews, but I genuinely regret it. I wouldn’t recommend this spa to anyone looking for a proper massage experience.
Very friendly and professional! They are very patient with my French (which is improving ... slowly). Most speak a little English but it is very helpful if clients speak a little French.

My sister and I had a duos massage at this spa near the end of our travels. She got the Californian Massage with a male masseuse and I had a Swedish massage with a female masseuse. The location was lovely and easy to access. The phone call to book the appointment and the greetings upon entering were so welcoming and positive. I believe we initially spoke to the owner, who made our appointment and did our consultation. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our massages were lovely. Low lighting, comfortable music and a nice touch was the cieling panel with stars on it! We felt at peace. Pricing was really good for a great experience. Would highly recommend and go again!

The gentlemen in front greeted us warmly and spoke excellent English. He explained the massage and options well. Before we began he provided us with a list of personal restaurant recommendations nearby for our stay.
I had an exceptional deep tissue massage and my partner had a wonderful Swedish massage. Both masseurs were talented and did a wonderful job.
I highly recommend L’instant Spa if spending some time in Nice.

Very nice staff and easy to find. However, it isn't really a hammam, just a large steam room with a hose for cold water, and a separate sauna. There was no pool, plunger or otherwise, and it was oversubscribed when we went, so we were asked to go to the sauna first and wait there for 15 mins before we were allowed into the steam room, which we then had to stay in for the rest of the time before finally moving to a relaxation room for tea & pastry. Those took a very long g time in arriving as it was too busy, and then we had to wait again before being allowed into the tiny changing rooms to dress.
All in all, it was vastly overpriced for what you get (€35!) and even though the staff were friendly, it wasn't relaxing at all as it was so regimented and half the candles/lanterns weren't even lit. So the atmosphere was not relaxing and your time was not your own. Wouldn't go again.
Had the most wonderful experience here! This was our first time trying this type of spa, and we were able to do everything together as a couple. We did the sauna/hammam treatment paired with a massage that was out of this world. The tea and relaxing room were a wonderful ending and the whole spa was clean and comfortable. It was actually my favorite part of visiting Nice.

Yaelle was my therapist for my treatment (body scrub and wrap). She was very nice and professionnal. The changing room is a bit small, but still the spa is very nice.
The only person who would rate this spa well is someone who has never been to a spa before. Robes are tattered, the towel they give is a hand towel. No amenities in changing area such as lotion, tissues, and everything is old and dirty so I am sure it’s also unsanitary in the pools. Lockers small no hangers and locks are hardly working. Jacuzzi didn’t work and was not hot. Sauna and steam room small and you will not even want to stay for an hour. Water but no cups in the spa. Unable to use the relaxation room until after you treatment WTH and they do not change the towels on the relaxation beds. Staff are untrained and will argue with you. The person who did my scrub spoke no English and had rude mannerisms. Avoid and just go to a nice place for a message since Nice doesn’t really have any Day Spas. Sorry. It be great full you saw this review before booking. It doesn’t look like any of the photos they have 😠

We spent an hour relaxing between the steam room, pool and sauna.
The hot tub/jacuzzi was a much lower temp then I am used to but bot as cold as pool, however the water was clean with a comparatively low chlorine spell.
My friend and I had full body massage and facial.
The price was half what we would pay in California.
The staff and facility were top notch and exceeded our expectations.
The relaxing room we had tea in after had the most beautiful Himalayan salt lights to regenerate.

I had a full body massage with Louann and it was wonderful! She did a terrific job and I left feeling refreshed.
The spa staff here are rude, not transparent & give priority to their hotel guests. I emailed them asking for a spa appointment & they responded with a time & I quickly asked how to confirm & whether I could stop by the hotel later with my CC to confirm. We went back & forth about the booking & hours later they told me the appointment had been filled. I was sincere in committing & asked them how to confirm & get them my CC, mean while they had no problem booking it up & given the communication, implied it was given to a hotel guest. The communication then got ugly & they refused to take responsibility for their actions, lack of response & giving away my appt. They offered me another morning time (not what I wanted) & when I finally said I'd take it, they refused it & sent me emails gaslighting me, turned my words around & more. I recommend finding a loving spa & kind welcoming people who want to provide excellent customer service before the treatment & beyond & not wasting your time or money here. When I raised concerns with the Spa manager she didn't do anything or apologize or care & then didn't respond. Their response & emails to me were absolutely out of line...look at the other reviews, they all hold true & how unkind the staff is!!! Believe me, they didn't want to make it right for me either, I tried & even came by the hotel that night to chat with someone face to face

Fabulous spa experience! I came here with a friend for a 90min massage which included access to the pools and wet room. The massage, the pool, the shower experiences, the selection of sweets and coffee and tea, the friendly staff - everything about this day made this one of THE BEST SPA experiences of my life. The set up is something I would expect in a developing country, not in Europe. The waiting area is a cramped area at the spa reception, four people is that space is crowded. The "relaxation room" is an alcove next to the hallway. They put up a little barrier that does not block the sight or sound of people walking. The changing area is very small and coed (they may have another area for women/men only, not sure). There was no relaxing spa-like decoration in the jacuzzi/massage room, just plain white walls and a few electric candles. The jacuzzi was quite comfortable, but the water was only luke warm. It made me wonder if it was freshly poured or leftover from the previous guests. There was a lot of awkwardness and confusion as to whether we had to wear underwear or not for the massage. The massage was relaxing, but not the deep tissue that had been requested in advance for my husband and asked for at the time.
The Spa is privately owned, not part of Méridien, so perhaps that is why it is below standard of what I have previously experienced at other hotel spas. If I were Méridien, i would not lend my brand name to the spa.
Chloe was excellent! I had an hour massage with an hour detox facial and it was the best I’ve ever had! So glad I spoiled myself with Chloe for 2 hours! Be sure to bring payment as it cannot be ch argued to the room.
Bravo Peggy, I had the best massage today: Head to Toe, full body massage included 2 things I never get at home in NV: she massaged my Belly! And spent plenty of time on my face 💕. My feet were hurting from a week of walking tours and now I feel like dancing!
Do not go here for waxing (epilation) - especially bikini waxing. It was the worst bikini wax of my life and I've had many. The biggest offense is that it's not sanitary! I thought perhaps everyone gets their own new pot of wax, but NO - They dip the same metal tool in the wax and apply it to you over and over - who knows how many people have used that same wax. It doesn't matter what the rules or health code here is, it's just not sanitary and shows they don't respect their clients' health and safety. Before I could say no, she also spread some sort of cream on afterward that burned and made my skin very red. Any true professional knows lotions/creams are terrible after waxing. The esthetician was friendly and fast, but that was the only positive. I regret not speaking up and just refusing the wax. I hope this helps someone else in the future. And I hope the spa changes their policies - use the wooden sticks one time only and throw out after each application! That is the only sanitary way.
I’ve seen better Meridiens. This one doesn’t have a lounge and the pool area is so small you can’t even lay down. Some receptionists were rude. Great location though!

Great spa and relaxing facility!
Booked it via my GHA membership and was able to get an hour aroma massage in for a hot afternoon.
Their common waiting room was small but quiet. There was no one when I was there and both the sauna and steam room was spacious. Water and snacks were available.
My therapist was late for almost 40 minutes but I didn’t really mind it. She did such a great job with the massage too so it was an amazing experience.
The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming as well.

They checked in frequently to ensure the pressure was perfect. They knew exactly how to smooth out all of our knots and deeply relax our muscles.Before the treatments, we enjoyed the facilities. The sauna was properly hot, and the steam room was excellent. While the spa is a bit smaller than what you might typically find in the US, the space feels incredibly calming, intimate, and private.This was truly the best massage I have ever had outside of Thailand. We left feeling completely refreshed and highly recommend it!
In one word phenomenal! I visited Anantara Spa for the first time back in April. After having a very nice massage. I asked if I could host my bachelorette there it was amazing as you can see from the pictures. My friends and i had the time of our lives. My experience at this spa was deeply disappointing! The service felt unprofessional and dismissive, and the overall atmosphere was far from relaxing. For a luxury hotel spa, I expected basic courtesy and a much higher standard of care. I would not return or recommend it.

My girlfriend and I came in and had a wonderful experience. I was suffering from plantar fasciitis in my left foot from a lot of walking on our vacation and they instantly fixed it and left me feeling much better. Just stopped for a quick lunch with my husband and mother-in-law and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We first went to the roof terrace but as it was a bit too hot for us they promptly reseated us on the ground floor terrace. The food was delicious and the service exceptional. We will definitely return!

Went here on a whim last week and ended up booking a second appointment before I even left. My back had been a mess for months from sitting at a desk, and the Thai massage sorted out knots I’d honestly given up on.
The place itself is calm without trying too hard. Clean, quiet, smells nice but not overpowering. The therapist actually listened when I pointed out where the trouble was instead of running through the same routine, and she found spots I didn’t even know were sore until she pressed on them.
An hour flew by. I walked out feeling loose and a bit floaty, which is exactly what you want. Prices are fair for what you get, and nobody tried to upsell me on anything.

I had such a wonderful experience at this spa! The massage was absolutely amazing. I booked a foot massage, but was pleasantly surprised to also receive treatment for the rest of my legs. The session ended with a relaxing neck and head massage, which made it even better.

Visited the spa for head and foot massage. Nan did my massage and did an amazing job in making sure I am comfortable throughout. The premise is very clean and hygienic, everyone is very polite. I enjoyed the overall experience.
The Thai massage was absolutely fantastic, just as you imagine it. Very, very painful, but incredibly effective. The ladies are very, very lovely and accommodating; you feel very welcome and well cared for. After the massage, you're offered tea and apple slices to refresh yourself. A truly wonderful experience.🙏🏽
This was, hands down, the best massage I have ever had in my life. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage expecting it to be similar to other massages I’ve had before, but this was an entirely unique and exceptional experience.
My massage therapist was incredibly welcoming, warm, friendly, and attentive. She created such a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, and her skill and care were truly outstanding. The entire experience went far beyond what I expected.
I’m only in Nice for a few days, and I’m already hoping I can make it back for another massage before I leave. Of everything we’ve experienced on our trip so far, this has genuinely been one of the absolute highlights.
My only wish is that I could find this same level of service and experience somewhere back home in Canada. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you are visiting Nice, do yourself a favour and book a massage here. You will not regret it!

Had a lovely massage from Estelle who worked on the tension in my lower back and neck muscles especially. Her pressure was great. Please note that if you pay on the website for the massage this does not include use of the sauna, steam room etc and this is €35 additional pp. It's a beautiful, clean space with nice facilities. I would return for another massage with Estelle! Merci!

A beautiful cozy place for couples who want to enjoy a scenery of privacy. The place has a sauna, a jacuzzi, a shower and a relaxation area with a bed . The atmosphere was made very welcoming and romantic by the gentleman who welcomed us.

Thanks to a Smartbox gift set (I was a little hesitant at first, as it's not exactly on the most glamorous boulevard on the French Riviera), but what a wonderful surprise!
Everything was perfect: the welcome, the cleanliness, the explanations, the atmosphere—everything!
We opted for the 2-hour private spa package, and honestly, if we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have!
The relaxation was immediate! We'll be back very soon!

I decided to leave a review, which I don't do often, but I made a great discovery on Boulevard de la Madeleine in Nice. I found two really lovely private spas. For a romantic atmosphere, choose the spa with the sauna, little hearts, flowers, etc. It was really lovely with my girlfriend. Then I also went to Spa 80, which is right across the street. It's more of a relaxation area with a hammam and jacuzzi. Both spas are fantastic, private, with excellent service and reasonable prices for Nice. I highly recommend them.

An exceptional experience at the Oria spa at Maison Albar – Le Victoria. The setting is simply magnificent, with an elegant and immersive atmosphere that allows you to instantly disconnect.
The facilities are top-of-the-range and impeccably maintained: indoor pool, sauna, relaxation areas, lighting, sound… everything is designed to offer a moment of absolute relaxation. The staff is extremely professional, attentive, and caring, with a genuine desire to personalize the experience.
The treatments are performed with great precision and refinement, using very high-quality products and protocols. Special mention and a huge thank you to Sandy and Lilia for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism, which made this moment even more memorable.

We started with 20 minutes in a whirlpool bath, perfect for relaxing.
Then, I had the privilege of receiving a one-hour massage from Carole, whose expert hands made the moment truly magical. The spa is breathtaking and creates the perfect atmosphere for rejuvenation. An experience not to be missed!

Our stay at Domaine du Mas de Pierre for our engagement from June 19 to June 23 was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel like family.
A special thank you to Marguerite, who helped coordinate our proposal by arranging access for our photographer, videographer, and content creator, as well as setting up flowers and champagne in the beautiful garden. Because of her kindness and attention to detail, we now have memories that will last a lifetime.
Our butler, Leo, was exceptional, always anticipating our needs and making every day effortless. The concierge also arranged an incredible Michelin star dinner that became another highlight of our trip.
When my fiancée experienced an allergic reaction after visiting Antibes, the team immediately stepped in to help, even bringing her pajamas so she could rest comfortably. Their compassion meant more to us than words can express.
The property is breathtaking, the spa is one of the most beautiful we have ever visited, the breakfast served on our balcony each morning was unforgettable, and every meal was outstanding. On our final day, the team even drove us to and from the medieval village in a Rolls Royce, the perfect ending to an extraordinary stay.
The Director told us, “This is your home now,” and that is exactly how we felt. We have stayed at many luxury hotels, but none have matched the warmth, hospitality, and genuine care we experienced here.
Thank you to Marguerite, Leo, the Director, the concierge team, and everyone at Domaine du Mas de Pierre for making our engagement so special. We cannot wait to return and make this a yearly tradition. If we had to rate our stay from 1 to 10, we would give it 100.
Beautiful, luxurious and quiet accommodation.
Extensive spa offerings and exceptional spa and gym facilities. Spotless, updated, beautiful, discreet. Several pools - I loved the indoor pool with several different spa jets. The rooms were also very well kept with classic French decorative patterns and modern touches. We enjoyed the exceptional sauna offerings (they have a salt room and a snow room and a cold water bucket!). Location wise they offer a hotel shuttle to the lovely town of Saint Paul de Vence and it’s ~30-40 min by uber to the bigger cities nearby: nice, Antibes, Cannes. If you’re looking for a quietly luxurious place - this is your spot.
My partner and I spent 4 nights at the hotel. The grounds are beautiful and vast and there are numerous amenities to take advantage of from the pools to the lagoon and various nooks and crannies. As other reviewers have also mentioned the spa is incredible and access is included at no additional cost, unless you want to get treatments.
Where the hotel really shines is in the service. I want to highlight the valets for their hard work, Marc-Antoine, who made a surprise I planned a reality, Eve for her impeccable service in the restaurant, and Luca at the front desk for being a consummate professional and surprising us with a very kind gesture.
Magnificent hotel with very beautiful rooms. Ours had a fabulous balcony . There are 3 pools one of which is adult only. There is very little pool service. No one to help you with towels and occasionally a member of staff comes round with a menu. However The staff generally are so nice and helpful. The spa is beyond fab and the treatment menu is varied and the therapists and treatments are excellent. Breakfast is very varied and you can sit indoors or outdoors. There’s a shuttle into St Paul de vence three times a day. You have to preregister. We were not made aware of this but luckily they did have space for us. Will definitely return .

The space was elegant and comfortable, with a very spacious bathroom and a stunning view from the balcony.
The garden was especially impressive, with many beautiful trees and flowers, all clearly very well maintained.
Sitting on the balcony and listening to the birds made us feel incredibly peaceful and relaxed. Enjoying a coffee or simply starting the day there felt like such a special moment.
The whole atmosphere allowed us to slow down and truly connect with nature in a calm and soothing way.
Most importantly, all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and their warm smiles made our stay even more enjoyable.
