Even if I wasn't able to retrieve the medication necessary, there is no excuse for the lack of basic courtesy and respect. What is most disappointing is seeing that, instead of acknowledging mistakes or offering accountability, this company continues to deflect criticism in responses to negative reviews.

Response to the owner : I was not there for ibuprofen. Avoid at all costs! 9 out of 10 pharmacies in the area will sell you things that are usually available without prescription, without prescription. Here however they will tell you you need prescription to purchase cheap widely available medication, but the same medication at triple the price from a different brand they are happy to sell you. They upsell you the most expensive type of any medicine and even if you know exactly what you want and tell them they still play stupid and try and push whatever they want to sell. Went to the pharmacy down the road instead and paid 3,90 for a box 40 where they were trying to sell me a box of 10 for 2,95. It's kit the first time but this time I've decided I'm going again
