12 Best Hotels near the Eiffel Tower

Waking up to a view of the Iron Lady is a travel dream that defines a Parisian getaway. The 7th arrondissement and its surrounding neighborhoods offer more than just proximity; they provide an atmosphere of elegance, history, and romance. Choosing the right base here transforms a simple sightseeing trip into an immersive cultural experience.

However, “near the Eiffel Tower” can mean different things depending on whether you want to walk out the door and touch the grass of the Champ de Mars or simply enjoy a rooftop view from a slight distance. The area is packed with options ranging from ultra-luxurious palaces to charming boutique hideaways. Knowing the layout of the Left Bank is key to finding the perfect fit.

The best hotels in this district combine exceptional French hospitality with practical access to metro lines like Line 6 (Bir-Hakeim or Trocadéro) and the RER C. Staying here puts you within walking distance of not only the Tower but also Les Invalides, the Seine riverbanks, and the Rue Cler market street. It is a neighborhood where you can live like a local while being steps from a global icon.

For those seeking grandeur, the area boasts historic Haussmannian buildings converted into five-star sanctuaries with Michelin-starred restaurants and spa facilities. For the budget-conscious traveler, there are also tastefully decorated three-star options that prioritize comfort and location over extravagant amenities. There is truly a room for every type of visitor.

Beyond the star rating, the defining feature of these hotels is often the view. Some rooms offer direct, unobstructed sightlines to the Tower, which is particularly magical at night when the structure sparkles for five minutes every hour. A room with a balcony overlooking the rooftops of Paris is worth the premium for a special occasion.

When selecting your stay, consider the ambiance of the specific micro-neighborhood. The area around Trocadéro offers sweeping, postcard-perfect panoramic views but can feel a bit more formal and tourist-heavy. Conversely, the streets near Rue Saint-Dominique offer a quieter, village-like feel with bakeries and cafes right outside your lobby.

To help you navigate the best of the Left Bank, we have curated a list of the top properties that offer exceptional service, comfort, and proximity to the city’s most famous landmark.

Only a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower so the location was great! The room was super small but VERY clean! The shower was absolutely amazing - the best water pressure ever!!! The housekeeping team does an incredible job of tidying-up the rooms & keeping common areas clean. I would probably stay here again and with only 1 additional person

We were only here for one night, but really enjoyed the hotel and our stay. Staff was great, room had a good layout and feel. The location seemed really good. We used the metro to get around most places, but walked 15 min or so to the Eifel tower. There was heat wave and 100f temps, and the a/c was nice and worked great. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area.
Tarsha Roberts★★★★☆
The hotel and staff were lovely, we liked the room and facilities and the location was close to the Eiffel Tower. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because for the price point I would have thought we would be on a higher floor with a slightly better view of the tower. We could see the top half of it which was amazing but it wasn’t the same as the pictures on the website where you could see most of it
Matteo Franchin★★★★★
We felt very welcomed and had a truly pleasant experience. The service was excellent and the staff very helpful. The beauty products were high-quality and the bed very comfortable. The Gustave room is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic experience in Paris. The view from the Eiffel Tower is priceless. We will definitely be back.

Upon arrival we had to pay a security deposit for the room, the staff told us we would get the amount back in our bank account 2-3 days after check out. A week later we still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel. They promised that they had released the deposit 6 days before that. Immediately after the phone call, the money was suddenly in our bank account. This seemed a bit shady. Other than that the hotel was nice! The staff was very kind and helpful and the rooms were clean. The hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower but relatively far from the city centre and all other major sites in Paris. Therefore, it takes a while to get around the city from here. Overall, this hotel is great value for money.

Stayed here for 3 nights as a bus driver with my group. Room was comfy and clean, with great views. The staff was really nice, especially Solange who was greeting everybody at the breakfast buffet (which is great quality wise but I think there should be a cake or two instead of just bread). Location is cca 1 km from Eiffel tower. So for me as a bus driver everything was nearby, including the adjacent covered parking. Probably the best hotel I stayed in Paris until now.

A perfectly located hotel on the Seine with a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. We booked this hotel as a package with Eurostar. At check-in we were greeted with a smile and weren't overloaded with hotel information or rules. We had a choise of room on a low floor or high floor as the hotel was very busy. We chise the top floor with amazing views of Paris. The room was small but adequate for our 3 night stay. It was very clean and fresh with an ensuite with a bath. Although the hotel was busy, it didn't seem overcrowded. We had our evening meals at the hotel where the chef was able to make gluten free options. There are 6 lifts with very low waiting times. The staff we spoke with were very helpful and happy with a nice relaxed attitude with a pace of service which wasn't rushed or hectic which made us feel relaxed and stress free. I would consider using Novotel with other city breaks

I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but I have never experienced customer service as poor as this. The staff treat guests with a complete lack of respect. Instead of trying to help, they often make your stay even more difficult. Any issue you raise is ignored, and there is no willingness to solve problems. The laundry service was a disaster. It was extremely difficult to collect my clothes, and some of the items I sent for washing were simply lost. Despite reporting the issue, the hotel took no responsibility and made no real effort to resolve it. Housekeeping is also far below an acceptable standard. Rooms are cleaned very superficially, and the overall condition leaves a lot to be desired. Do not waste your money on breakfast. Every single day it is exactly the same, with no variety whatsoever. After just a couple of days, it becomes incredibly repetitive. The biggest disappointment, however, is the attitude of the staff. A hotel can have small problems, but treating paying guests with indifference and disrespect is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of hotels where guests are treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. Save yourself the frustration and choose one of those instead!

Clemence et sephora The food experience at the hotel was excellent and truly memorable. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety offered in the menu catered to different tastes, and the quality of ingredients was clearly noticeable in every bite. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring quick service and a pleasant dining atmosphere throughout the meal. Special appreciation for the chef and the team for maintaining both taste and hygiene standards at such a high level. Overall, it was a wonderful culinary experience, and I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for quality food and great hospitality.

A Wonderful Family Stay Near the Eiffel Tower I stayed at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel during the summer with my two kids, and we had a lovely experience. As a solo parent traveling with my children, feeling safe and comfortable was very important to me, and we felt extremely secure throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, giving us a relaxing place to rest after exploring the beautiful city of Paris. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to many attractions, including the Eiffel Tower, which made exploring Paris with children very convenient. The hotel amenities were great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel, and it was a comfortable choice for a family trip. I would happily recommend Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel to families looking for a safe, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Paris.

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. The hotel has a fantastic location, making it very easy to enjoy Paris on foot, with great cafés and landmarks just nearby. What really stood out was the quality of service. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and effortless, with a real sense of care and professionalism throughout my stay. Merci beaucoup!
Yolaine Liu★★★★★
Soraia at the front desk helped us with check in and was so kind and accommodating to help me manage my mistake of accidentally booking two rooms. The location of this hotel is great (we could see the Eiffel Tower from our room!) and the rooms were clean. Great stay and would recommend!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hôtel Relais Bosquet in Paris. The location is absolutely perfect — centrally situated and within walking distance of so many iconic landmarks, charming cafés, bakeries, and boutiques. It made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. The hotel itself is warm, elegant, and beautifully maintained. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering a cozy retreat after long days of sightseeing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere ensured a restful night’s sleep. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help with recommendations, directions, and any requests. Their kindness added a personal touch that made the stay even more special. If you’re looking for a charming, centrally located hotel with outstanding service in Paris, I highly recommend Hôtel Relais Bosquet. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.
Carole Tanzer Miller★★★★★
I have been staying at Hotel Relais Bosquet since before the pandemic, based initially on Rick Steves' recommendation. It took just one stay to make it my go-to for visits to Paris. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The room-darkening shades are a bonus, after a trans-Atlantic flight, allowing for a quick nap before sightseeing in and around nearby Rue Cler. Special praise for Christian at the front desk, who is patient when I try to speak French, and for the gentleman (whose name I don't know) who oversees the buffet during the week. He treats guests as if they were visiting his own home. Much appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel -- and I'll be back!
Carol Kelley★★★★★
The hotel staff were wonderful. They provided dinner recommendations, called taxis and were extremely courteous and professional. The location was great for walking and public transportation. We enjoyed the Rue Cler area and would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfasts were also very delicious

Good hotel. Just a few mins from Pigalle and Blanche metros so you can go anywhere from here. Lots of boulangeries and super markets nearby as well. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected but that's just Paris in general. I definitely recommend this place for the price point it's at. The rooms were clean and the service was good

Good value for money. We had a couple issues with a malfunctioning safe and a TV remote that didn’t work but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful where they could help. Great location, too, especially if you don’t necessarily need to stay in Le Marais. Quick métro ride away from Gare du Nord and easy to access Montmartre, Opéra, St Lazare, and the rest of the 9th.

A great little room with lovely views of the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our only minor criticism was that the pillows were a bit hard. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, step out of the hotel, look right and you’ll see the Eiffel Tower. Seems to be a popular spot for photos. Not far from the metro which was easy to use. The restaurant downstairs is a good stop too. A bit of a refresh is needed, but I understand renovations in older buildings are not easy. Yes, the rooms are a bit on the smaller end but that is normal for buildings of that age. Bed comfortable enough, shower pressure good, staff always greet you with a smile. I would stay here again.

Hotel Le Pavillon was the perfect place for our weekend in Paris! The hotel is centrally located to a ton of great restaurants and shops and within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Seine River. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was extremely helpful throughout all parts of the day. I would highly recommend Hotel Le Pavillon to anybody looking for a great rate at a quaint hotel in the heart of Paris.
Candice Y★★★★★
Our stay at Hotel Le Pavillon was excellent. The staff is so helpful and kind. The room was small but manageable. The location is perfect, so many bakeries and cafes steps away. Short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Close to the metro. When you go out and about they require you to leave your room key with them, which made us feel safe in terms of pick pockets. They can schedule a shuttle to the airport for you which was so convenient. We did not partake in breakfast so cannot comment on thay.

Very cute hotel. If you walk out the front door and look to the right you have a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The young woman who checked us in was extremely pleasant. She was smiling and courteous. She spoke terrific English as well. The room was very nice. The shower was great pressure and hoy water. Bed was comfortable and large. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. (The overnight clerk was also very nice when we checked out in the AM. Great employees!)

I would like to express my sincere appreciation and give a very special thanks to Bassel El Kadi for his outstanding service during our stay. He was always extremely polite, friendly, respectful, and professional. His attention to detail, dedication, and the care he puts into his work were truly noticeable. He always made sure that everything was well organized and taken care of efficiently, while maintaining a positive, welcoming, and friendly attitude toward the guests. What we appreciated most about Bassel was his kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. He was always ready to help and made us feel genuinely comfortable and welcome. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work and sincerely cares about providing guests with the best possible experience. Employees like Bassel El Kadi truly make a difference in a hotel and leave a lasting positive impression on guests. His hard work, dedication, professionalism, and respectful attitude deserve to be recognized and appreciated. A big thank you to Bassel El Kadi for his excellent service, kindness, and hospitality. We truly appreciated his efforts and wish him continued success in his career. The hotel is very fortunate to have such a dedicated, hardworking, and professional person as part of its team.

This hotel is in an absolutely unbeatable location. Within 30 seconds of walking out of the hotel and you have an unobstructed beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, a further 1 min and you can be stood right at the base of it. It also is right near bus stops, metro stations and always had taxis nearby, so was great for a base to travel around Paris from. Front desk were also super helpful when we spoke to them. The room was modern, we had an Eiffel Tower view on floor 10. Nothing beats sitting in bed and watching Eiffel Tower sparkle at 1am. Magical. The mini fridge is complementary which is a nice touch too. The only real downside was that the drainage in the bathroom smelt, the bathrooms do need updating/cleaning in the hotel as these were not up to the same standards as the rest of it. However that being said I would stay here again without question and recommend it to others.
Tom Carver★★★☆☆
There are some places you'll only ever stay if you're on a work trip and they're paying for you. This is one of them. Yes, the proximity to the Eiffel tower is amazing, and there's a certain novelty to being able to work out in the (teeny tiny) gym with said world-famous structure behind you. But at €300 a night, this is unequivocally not worth it. Basic and functional, with a passable breakfast, this is a solid, classic 4* hotel. Don't book it unless someone is paying for you.
Elizabeth Holihan★★★★☆
When we checked in, we were told breakfast was included in our reservation, but then when we went to the restaurant, they told us it was not - I wish they hadn't told us that, because we would have structured our morning better. Room is fairly small, and the bathroom is tiny, but the toilet was separate which helped. The air conditioning worked fine - not as cold as I would have liked it, especially during a significant heat wave, but the AC worked better than other hotels we stayed in in Paris. They also provided a fan upon request to help cool the room further. They had fruited water in the lobby during the day, which was nice, but they took that away in the evening - would have been nice to have that at all hours.

This hotel is fantastic me and my partner have stayed here 2 years in a row. The bedrooms have a great view (if facing the Eiffel Tower) the bar area is fantastic with great drink selection. I also thought the food was good as well with plenty of choices. Considering your about 100m away from the most famous landmarks in the world the price is very reasonable. Overall would definitely recommend and we look forward to coming back in the future.

We stayed here for one week and ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much. This hotel is absolutely amazing. We brought our children with us on a business trip and chose this hotel because of its convenient location, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Every day, our kids could simply walk outside for a few minutes and enjoy the many restaurants, cafés, and nearby activities. The hotel is also right next to the metro station, making it incredibly easy to get around without needing taxis or Uber. We had such a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our time here. A special thank you to Ares for the warm hospitality. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing you again soon!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was lively and relaxing at the same time. What really made the trip special was how much fun we had during our stay. The food and drinks were excellent, and there were plenty of activities nearby to enjoy. Every evening felt like a little getaway within the getaway. The location was also perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do, while still feeling peaceful and private. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!
Debbie Gelb★★★★☆
Amazing location within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, Monoprix, and brasseries. There is a decent cafe nearby called Merci Jérôme. Rooms were clean, and we appreciated the Clarins products and good shower pressure. However, our room was extremely cramped for 4 people, and I'd recommend checking this before booking. There was very limited room for suitcases, with only one luggage rack provided on request, and the 3 beds were practically up against the dressers. It would be a much better experience for a smaller number of guests with more room to move around. The room was also missing modern amenities like two keys, USB charging ports, and hair conditioner. Turn down service was nice the first night but was not provided the second night, nor was the room cleaned despite requesting it.
Ol Ti★★★★★
Hotel Ares Eiffel left a very pleasant impression. We were traveling by car and managed to park right near the hotel, which is already a big advantage in Paris. The room cost 256 euros without breakfast. We stayed in room 14. The room is definitely compact, but that is quite expected for Paris — people come here to explore the city, not to spend the whole day in the hotel. At the same time, the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay: slippers, a minibar, a safe, a kettle, a comfortable bed, and a good TV. What we especially appreciated was the excellent water pressure in the bathroom and the well-designed shower — no water leaking all over the floor after taking a shower, which often happens in smaller hotels. The interior feels cozy and well-maintained, and the hotel itself has a charming Parisian atmosphere both outside and inside. The staff and the hotel owner were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help or give recommendations. There is also a small parking area near the hotel. Parking is free overnight until 9:00 AM, and afterward it costs 24 euros for 2 hours, with a maximum of 48 euros for 6 hours. For a short trip to Paris, this is a very good option with a convenient location and a comfortable atmosphere.
William Hankins★★★★★
Very comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms, minibar with water and soda, slippers provided. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They offer a nice breakfast at 7:00 am, which is about an hour earlier than you’ll get anywhere else. A short walk from the Eiffel Tower, multiple restaurants, and several metro stops.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. First of all, the hotel feels quite old. The elevator is extremely small; even the two of us with cabin-size suitcases could barely fit inside, and it also made some concerning noises that did not give us much confidence. While my husband and I were having a normal conversation in our room at a normal speaking volume, the guests in the next room complained about the noise and called reception. Reception then warned us. However, I find it completely unacceptable that we were the ones being warned simply because of the hotel’s inadequate soundproofing. It is perfectly natural to speak to my husband in a normal voice while on vacation, and I should not have to whisper in my own hotel room.

This hotel is at a very good location. Rooms are small but very clean. One thing missing is a kettle in the room. It's a basic requirement. If possible please provide it, makes it even a better experience

A very good and pleasant hotel for the price, great location and a nice view from the window. The girl at the reception (I didn’t catch her name, she had Asian features) was very smiley and positive, and truly a lovely staff member. She did everything to make our first visit to Paris pleasant and unforgettable 🙂 thank you

Unfortunately the Hotel is not good , walls are thin , beds make you itch no free water, no toothpaste/brushes. reception staff are not very friendly. No mini fridge /kettle in the room. The building itself is beautiful reminds me of the Marie Antoinette era . Location is also ideal literally around the corner from the Eiffel tower. Sidebar it's 2025 can we supply international guests options of power sockets.

We loved our stay at Hôtel Bleu de Grenelle! This was our second time staying here, and we would happily choose it again on our next trip to Paris. The staff is exceptionally friendly and responsive. They even indulged me by helping me practice my French, which made the experience feel even more personal and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of fresh options to start the day. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is typical for Paris boutique hotels, but they’re comfortable and well-designed. Honestly, who comes to Paris to sit in their hotel room? The shower is also quite compact and may be a tight fit for larger guests. One feature we especially appreciated was the excellent air conditioning. During the heat wave, it kept our room wonderfully cool and made a huge difference after long days of sightseeing. The location is another big plus. It’s just steps from Metro Line 8, only three metro stops—or an easy, enjoyable walk—to the Eiffel Tower. There are also cafés and restaurants right across the street, making it easy to grab a meal or coffee without going far. If you’re looking for a charming boutique hotel with outstanding service, a great breakfast, and an excellent location, Hôtel Bleu de Grenelle is a wonderful choice.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The hotel has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable, clean and quiet , great for a good night's sleep after a busy day. Breakfast had lots of delicious options and there is coffee, iced tea, water and lovely cake available all day. We had a later return flight so left our cases at reception and went exploring then came back and relaxed in the comfortable and cosy reception area until it was time to go. Overall a brilliant place to stay in Paris with great friendly staff , we loved it.

We had a family of 4, kids ages 13&18, and booked the apartment! We are from the United States and this was our first time in Paris! Both Ama and Stephanie in the concierge went over and beyond to assisting us about the city and of course making us feel like home here at this hotel! Everything was clean and I feel spacious considering. There is not an elevator for the apartment room but Ama insisted on assisting our luggage to the rooms. They were quiet and had AC. Breakfast is great if you are needing a quick dash run out the door. It was also nice having refreshments! I highly recommend booking here, getting around the city was easy with the Metro, we were on the other end of Paris I thought pretty fast. Again, had an amazing time here for 2 nights and would highly recommend!

Stayed here for four nights in March 2026 , and everyone was very lovely, and it was very clean, the location is great, especially if you wish to take the metro as the elevated metro is directly across the street. We are older and did not take public transportation. The Eiffel tower is about a fifteen to twenty minute walk.!! The room was very clean, great shower and comfortable bed! . Anna at the front desk was always smiling and very lovely to us, as a young blonde man in the evening and the young man with the round glasses who ordered a very memorable taxi/ car back to Orly for us and we had such a lovely driver. Everyone at the Hotel spoke perfect English. A very lovely vacation for us ...our first time in Paris.

Our family of three stayed here several nights in a room with one large king bed and a twin. While the room was a bit tight, it was comfortable. This is offset by a cozy air conditioned lobby area with coffee, tea, water, and snacks. The hotel breakfast was good. There's also solid WiFi. The location is perfect. It's next to a metro stop and walkable to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants and various shops. The staff were also very nice. I would very much consider staying again when visiting Paris.

If you are from the US and know the travelodge or motel6 brand, this hotel is similar. The rooms are not sanitary. We got two rooms, one on Floor 6 and one on Floor7. There were ants in the room on Floor7. We told the front desk about it and they said they would clean it up and there were ants still everyday. So we couldn’t bring any food or drinks up to our room in case we’d get infested. On Floor6, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed since the last person as there were toe nail clippings all over the carpet. There were mold issues in the rooms. My husband got hives from sleeping on the bed, unsure if that’s from bed bugs but possibly. Why stay here? If you are on a budget, need to get multiple rooms (we had 3) and staying for many days, then this makes sense. There was no hot water for showers the entire time. So hopefully you go in a heatwave. Some decent things- it’s safe, friendly staff, nice to get the breakfast included, close to many restaurants and sites, air conditioning was great, view of Eiffel Tower from the room. I recommend getting the deluxe suite, it was a decent size.

Don't let the 2 stars freighten you. This hotel is soo good. After a very inconvenient experience at the Ibis budget hotel, me and my friend had to find an immediate solution and book a new hotel. The only one within our price range and good accessibility was this one and let me tell you, we should have booked it first. We had to book it the same day of arrival so you can guess how stressful it all was, but as soon as we arrived in this hotel we were greeted by the amazing and nice guy at the reception. We loved every single detail especially since it brought us back in time with the beautiful elevator. The room(bathroom as well) and halls are small, but it's Paris so it's part of the experience. Everything was clean and new, the view was amazing, there was hot water, good Wi-Fi and the best part was the amazing location. Notre Dame is 10 minutes away on foot, there are many local restaurants and cafés nearby, markets open late in the night and many cute bookstores. If you want the best stay in Paris, then this is for you. When I come back in Paris again, this will be my choice 100%.😊

Affordable hotel in a fantastic location with everything you might need within walking distance on a safe and quiet street. The breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and could communicate in English. Clean room, hot water and working AC. The room even had a French balcony with views of the Eiffel Tower in the distance which was a very nice surprise. Only complaint is that the room was very small, especially the bed which barely fit two people. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an affordable option in the 6th!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, I loved the vintage vibe and what is great about it, is the location, you have everything near, and if not, you’re very close to the metro lines that take you directly to the wished places. Although it was a nice stay, in the last day I noticed a good amount of ants on the floor (mind you the floor is fully covered with a carpet), and that was not very nice, thankfully I didn’t notice on the first day otherwise I would go insane. Other then that everything else was nice, just inspect your room right from the start. The staff would clean the room everyday - not sure if they thoroughly cleaned it but we would always find everything nicely folded.

It's exactly what it says it is - A two star hotel. It's in a five star location however. The rooms are tired, clean, but the layout is funky. We had the double room but it requires climbing over my husband to get up from the bed. Forget about watching tv if you don't speak French, and you bump your head into it often. Every staff member we interacted with was fantastic. There is a tiny elevator but we are used to that in Spain so no big deal. We spent five nights, and for what we paid, I expected more, even if it's Paris.

Excellent place to stay! Beds are very comfy. Rooms are quiet. Excellent service and the best location! You can walk to Eiffel Tower plus we loved the restaurants nearby especially the one right across the street! At night you have a clear view of sparkling Eiffel Tower lights. Highly recommend!

I stayed here in April 2026 during my first solo trip to Paris and was happy with my decision. I highly recommend this hotel if you prefer a quieter residential area that is still within walking distance to trains and sightseeing locations. The room was very spacious and clean with plenty of towels, a drying rack, and a mini-fridge with free beverages, which was very helpful when I got back to my room late and the shops were closed. All the employees were also very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately I got sick during my trip and had to figure out how to find a doctor with the Doctolib app and they let me use the hotel’s number because the app doesn’t accept American phone numbers. I accidentally locked myself out of my room twice, which was embarrassing, but they got me new cards without a problem. I have recommended this hotel to other friends and would absolutely stay here again on a future trip.

We are so glad we found this hotel for our recent visit. 7 of us , myself and 6 daughters in 4 rooms * King/twin beds in 3 rooms so everyone had their own comfortable bed! *Reasonable price. Book direct! Great communication beforehand *Fantastic location with a 15 minute or less walk to the Eiffel Tower and many of our destinations. On a charming street with cafes, bakeries, shopping, groceries, pharmacies and more. *Elevators and good air conditioning *Free water and coke in room fridge restocked daily. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a great location. The 7th arrondisment. The rooms are very clean and it is a very quiet hotel. Eugenia and Lia at the front desk is very helpful and very sweet. Each day there are fresh baked croissants in the breakfast room. It also is right across the street from a laundromat that takes credit cards and is kept very clean, which is a must after traveling a few weeks.

Rooms in Paris are smaller and fully understand this, we actually had 2 rooms (family of 5) and felt a little cramped but it was expected. I would've given 5 stars but I believe the floors / trash small things couldve been more clean. Beds were clean and comfy, would stay here again just knowing these to let you know. We could lean out our window on one side and see Eiffel Tower which was incredible but that also meant by street which was louder. The other room did not have street view but much quieter!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. The location is perfect — very close to everything, especially the Eiffel Tower. The receptionist, Yoovani, was amazing: always smiling, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The breakfast was also very nice with a good selection. Special thanks as well to Pardeep, who works in the restaurant — he was incredibly kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are small. Stayed in Room 104. If I open the toilet door it hits the Bed. Toilet door doesn't close properly. Service absent. Oversmart front desk man. Very irritatingly inert and robotic behaviour. Lady managing breakfast area was good. She was asian, did know what is service. Location 600m from Eiffel tower many restaurants around. Will I stay again? Not at all.

Lovely little hotel in a great location. Close to many modes of transport and just a short walk to the Eiffel tower. It doesn't have a bar or restaurant but there are absolutely loads in the immediate neighborhood!

I visited this place in February. End the rooms are so small and tiny & the washrooms as well. The lift you can’t fit in with your luggage for your child. The breakfast is average. The coffee machine doesn’t work. It requires constant attention from the staff only plus point about this hotel is that it’s near Eiffel Tower. Apart from that a big no, you can definitely try the options.

Though the location is great, the room was relatively small. The bathroom toilets are small too. Paying 100 euro per night is not justified for the room and comfortable but for the location.

Tips for Booking a Hotel near the Eiffel Tower

Choosing the right hotel involves more than just looking at a map. You need to understand the nuances of the neighborhood, the types of rooms available, and how the seasons affect pricing. The following tips will help you secure the best possible experience, ensuring your stay is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

1). Book a “View” Room Specifically

Do not assume that staying in a hotel near the Tower guarantees you a view from your pillow. Many properties have interior courtyard rooms or face away from the monument. If the view is non-negotiable for you, you must select a room category that explicitly states “Eiffel Tower View.” These rooms often come at a premium, but waking up to the Iron Lady is worth the splurge.

2). Consider the Proximity to Metro Stations

While walking is pleasant in Paris, you will likely want to explore Montmartre, the Louvre, and the Marais. Staying near the Bir-Hakeim (Line 6) or École Militaire (Line 8) stations is incredibly convenient. Ensure your chosen hotel is not just close to the Tower but also within a five-to-ten-minute walk of a reliable metro stop to avoid exhaustion.

3). Be Aware of Seasonal Pricing Fluctuations

Hotel prices in Paris skyrocket during Fashion Week (February/March and September/October), major trade shows, and the peak summer months of June and July. If you are traveling on a budget, consider visiting in the shoulder seasons of April/May or November. You will find better rates and fewer crowds on the Champ de Mars.

4). Look Beyond the 7th Arrondissement

Technically, the Eiffel Tower sits on the Left Bank, but the 16th arrondissement across the river offers some of the most spectacular “postcard” views from Trocadéro. Additionally, some hotels in the 8th arrondissement near the Alma bridge provide a straight shot down the avenue to the Tower. Expand your search slightly to find hidden gems with rooftop bars that overlook the entire city.

5). Check for Air Conditioning and Elevators

Paris is a city of historic buildings, and not all boutique hotels have been retrofitted with modern conveniences. If you are visiting during the hot summer months, air conditioning is an absolute must. Similarly, if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, verify that the hotel has an elevator, as many charming older properties rely on narrow spiral staircases.

6). Factor in the “Sparkle” Schedule

If you plan to spend your evenings watching the Tower light up, note the schedule. The golden lights turn on at dusk, and the sparkling lights run for five minutes at the beginning of each hour until the Tower closes. Booking a hotel with a rooftop bar or a balcony allows you to enjoy this spectacle without fighting the crowds on the Trocadéro esplanade.

Choosing the right hotel near the Eiffel Tower sets the tone for your entire Parisian adventure. Whether you are celebrating an anniversary, traveling with family, or exploring solo, the 7th arrondissement offers a safe, picturesque, and centrally located home base. The neighborhood’s blend of historic architecture, local markets, and world-class dining ensures that your time away from the hotel is just as rewarding as the time spent inside.

Ultimately, the goal is to find a place that feels like your own slice of Paris. By prioritizing your needs—whether that is a luxury spa, a family suite, or simply a quiet street to return to after a day of sightseeing—you can turn a standard vacation into a lasting memory. Bon voyage!
