Sorry the review is in English as I’m still learning French. Please keep in mind it is just the lash lift and tint I am reviewing!
It’s impressive how much they can do within the petite footprint of the store but it reduces the comfort of getting a procedure lying down as the lights are very bright even through your eyelids, and the sound of nail drills don’t create any sort of tranquil environment.
I’m hoping the tint and lift last, that is still to be seen, from a distance it looks good so the general purpose is served, however, being used to getting my lashes lifted and tinted for many years in multiple cities, there is some attention to detail that is lacking:
Some of my bottom lashes were curled with my top ones leaving them weirdly bent, I pointed this out and a product was applied to them but it did not really help. This was at the end so I felt rushed to not say much else about it which didn’t feel great as I have no way of fixing it myself, I just have to wait for my eyelashes to regrow straight again.
There’s some tint on my bottom lashes so it looks a bit weird up close as not all the lashes are tinted, just a few pieces or just the very bottom of the long ones… It’s unusual from my past experiences, but apparently it’s an extra charge to have the bottom lashes tinted. This is fine I suppose, but just be careful not to tint some of the bottom lashes of your client by mistake…
Unfortunately the tint isn’t all the way to the base of the lash which makes you lose out on that fullness effect of the tint. Also, the tips of my longer lashes are weirdly bent, like 90 degree angle bent.
Just close up details you notice later are lacking some finesse. In general, my eyelashes feel fine and she didn’t get any product in my eye so it wasn’t a horrendous experience by any means, they also look like they do some very cute nails.
Okay I’m not one to write a review but due to the remarkable service I received I had to . The treatment I received was 1. Carbon peel 2. Hydro facial 3. Micro needling . Where to start from the moment I entered the establishment I was received was such a huge welcome. I was offered a beverage and then seated. Face examination was done telling me the best service that would be best for my skin and then from that point on is where the remarkable work started my skin treat with such care and the owner was honest just such a joy to be around . All this to say if your thinking about booking run don’t walk . I will definitely be back .
Sadly not carefully made. After 48h already damages on the semi-permanent lack. No massage or hand-caring included. Only two decks of color. Not satisfied.

I opted for the Beauté des Pieds complète
Service and it was an incredibly disappointing experience.
When I arrived, my toes had regular, classic nail polish that needed to be removed. Maybe this is normal practice, but the technician used a drill to remove it. Wouldn’t nail polish remover be less harsh ?
Then, after a 5 minute soak, each foot was scrubbed with a basic callous remover that I could buy at Normal for about 30 seconds - 1 minute. After the scrub, a lotion was applied.
Next, a tool was used to clean around my cuticles and the nails were filed. That was it. There was no detailed attention. Immediately after, they were painted. No cleaning of the residual skin, nothing.
The result was horrendous. I don’t have the best looking feet to begin with and am SUPER embarrassed to share photos because of that.
But I couldn’t believe that I left worse off than when I entered, so I needed to share with others. Be forewarned.

I was looking for a salon providing mani with semi permanent nailpolish. However, the lady that attended me was not super attentive and rushed the service resulting in dissimilar nail shapes, difference in layering (it looks like I have thick nails), unfinished look. I had to ask her about the finishes while paying for the service since she did not see what was not right. During the service, she barely talk to me (I’m not there to make conversation, but she did not even ask me what shape I would like I had to tell her). Disappointing. I’m not the kind to write bad reviews, but here, unfortunately, I have to.

I had multiple attempts to do manicure and waxing while visiting Lille. Most places on Google maps that I tried to go to closed long time ago and google information was outdated!
This place exists and was a success! Located very conveniently. And even though I don't speak French almost at all and the owner doesn't speak English almost at all, we understood each other via Google translate and international language of beauty 🙂

It's been a month since I went to this salon, and I was very hesitant to give my opinion. I kept telling myself I shouldn't because I'm a peaceful person; I don't like to complain or for others to complain about me. But after all the suffering this experience caused me, I decided to share my opinion after a long internal struggle.
I went to this salon wanting a luminous, beige balayage... After they finished and started blow-drying, I noticed my roots were orange. I asked them, "What's going on? Are my roots orange?" They said yes. The person working on my hair then called the salon owner and said, "You made a mistake with the toner." So she came to correct it. They applied something to those areas, then washed and blow-dried my hair again. My head was aching terribly from all the washing and brushing.
I was ashamed to tell them I still didn't like it, so I kept quiet. When I got home a few days later, everyone was telling me my hair had turned multicolored and that the color looked strange. Some even asked where I'd gotten my highlights done, saying my roots needed fixing. I ended up wearing a cap for a while because I hated how my roots looked. The front of my hair was also badly colored, while the back was a little better.
Honestly, I suffered a lot. It was my first experience in a salon in France. When I saw the orange roots, I wanted to cry; my eyes filled with tears, but I held them back because of the language barrier. I only speak English and a few words of French.
Deep down, I'd hoped for a good experience. To this day, I'm afraid to go to another salon. I always wear a cap or a headband. I was very sad, even though I liked the person who did my hair, but I'm distressed by how it looks.
I still want to thank the staff for their kindness and attentiveness. I hope this feedback will help them improve the quality of their service so that no one else has to go through this difficult experience.
Léa is a fantastic hairdresser! She always respects your wishes and inspirations, while also giving excellent advice. She has real expertise, especially with curly hair; the cuts always fall perfectly and the curls are beautifully enhanced.

I booked a coupe in June for a badly cut Bob I already had from another hairdresser. I was really hopeful that my hairdresser would take time and effort to fix my hair as I wish and I've explained to him very clearly I need the bob to be clean. It's very sad that I received
An equally bad bob cut. When I am tilting my head left or right, or forward and back there's a horrible line of cut visible, the bottom of the cuts are uneven and my hairdresser could not cut a fringe for me which I specifically asked for a textured fringe. I'm sure they are good at some cuts but a bob cut as simple as it looks, demands a lot more than 10 minutes time to just cut the bottom with siscors with no effort. I hope these feedbacks would give some insights for improvements. The salon is clean and they are offering a nice warm drink for you and the price is affordable. Thanks for reading this review.

We were on a one-day trip to Lille, and I decided to treat myself to some nail polish. I booked online for:
Simple nail polish on hands and feet (€10 each, without any care)
A 30-minute massage (€55)
I went in with my husband and baby. The lady there (possibly the owner) immediately started upselling, suggesting semi-permanent polish instead, saying it would last 3–4 weeks. She even convinced my husband to get a haircut. I explained I had a medical issue with my toe, so I preferred to keep it as simple polish for my feet. She didn’t seem happy—probably because it wasn’t a big sale.
While my nails were being done, the owner was also getting hers done, using up time herself. My nails are very short, so both hands and feet were finished within 30 minutes. The massage, however, was amazing—no complaints there.
But there were problems. During the massage, my normal nail polish on my toes got smudged, even though it had been drying for 20 minutes. They reluctantly fixed it. Ten minutes later, they said it was fully dry.
When we went to pay, the bill came to over €150. The man at the counter asked what we had done, and when we told him—hand semi-permanent + massage + husband’s haircut + feet classic polish—he still had to go back and forth to the owner to “check” while she was busy with her own nails. This was insulting. My husband and I are both professionals who work hard and earn well—it wasn’t about the money. But not trusting your customers, perhaps because we’re “coloured people,” left a sour taste.
To make matters worse, as soon as I stepped outside, someone accidentally bumped into me and my toe polish was ruined—completely wiped off. They had said it was dry. Even when I do my own nails at home, I’ve never had polish come off like that. I didn’t go back, as they had already been cold about me refusing the semi-perm on my feet.
Now, two days later, my so-called “semi-permanent” manicure on my hands has already started peeling off. This has never happened to me before. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but €150 for such a disappointing service feels unfair. If I pay for a service—especially one advertised as long-lasting—I expect quality. How does a semi-permanent manicure peel after just 1.5 days? Completely unacceptable.
I have been travelling From Australia to this salon every year since 2022 Hemera institute de beaute a Lille in France I have been very happy with the service. There is English speaking staff at the front counter and I am loving my new nails. I’ve also used the service for a massage and for Eyelash extensions.

I think it was just ok, I liked the colour and that the nail tech made sure to get the creases with a small brush which is nice.
Some negatives especially for price point for me were:
- I didn’t see the sanitation of the instruments infront of me
- Between filling / Russian manucure actual painting of the nails there was no swatting of the nail dust, so hands were filled with dust after.
- the Russian manucure was not up to par with what it should be
- I picked red so it’s bound to be messy but as you can see on the photos it got slightly messy, which at that price point it shouldn’t. Especially on the thumbs.
Although everyone was nice and professional.
Never again. I was served only an hour after my appointment time. The staff did not consider it necessary to apologize

I went there because it has a good rating in Google. Unfortunately the young woman cutting my hair lacked skills and qualification. I think maybe she just started to cut hair or she has not finished yet her training. The other guy who seemed more experienced tried to safe my haircut but the result was anyway modest.
I went to this place because the reviews were amazing. It's true that the staff is professional but I did not experience that great welcome that was described by the others here. The prices are very high and after a balayage you have to pay extra if you wish to receive a mask on your hair. For this level of place I find that rather disappointing.
Great place with friendly staff who love their job and what is most important I'm very satisfied with the results of haircut and coloring 😊. Merci!
After an initial consultation, I chose Coralie, who had taken the time to guide me through this first meeting.
I really appreciated the consultation process. Even though it's charged, the cost is deducted from the final price if you then book your service at the salon. It's a genuine opportunity to discuss your expectations, brainstorm together about the cut, color, and various options. For a first appointment at this salon, it really put me at ease.
I then had my color and cut done by Coralie, and I'm thrilled with the result. I wanted to correct some golden/orange undertones that I no longer liked, and the result is exactly what I was hoping for. I also received excellent advice throughout the entire process.
I also greatly appreciated the warm welcome, the professionalism of the whole team, and their helpfulness. There's a real sense of camaraderie among the hairdressers, who readily lend a hand when a colleague has finished with their client. It's lovely to see and contributes to a very welcoming atmosphere.
In short, a wonderful first experience. I'm completely satisfied with both my cut and color, and I'll definitely be back.
I always struggle to find hairdressers in Lille who care about my curly hair and are willing to do anything other than a simple bob.
The experience here was absolutely perfect in every way. No delays, no surprise prices at the end (and the price was very reasonable compared to other salons I've seen), and a really lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

First, I arrive, and they tell me I need a Brazilian blowout because my hair is damaged (I have curly hair with beautiful curls). Excuse me? A Brazilian blowout? That ultra-chemical treatment that ruins your hair? Never.
A balayage expert? I don't see any technique; it was applied crudely, without any blending, right down to the roots. It's unacceptable. Very disappointed.
Finally, don't trust the price on Planity; €265 for that… I could have done without it.
The only positive point: the staff is friendly.
