I wholeheartedly recommend The Glow! I've already had three spray tans there, including two appointments with my partner before weddings. The results are magnificent: a very natural tan, a truly healthy glow, with products made from natural ingredients. It's an excellent alternative to UV tanning for achieving a beautiful complexion while taking care of your skin.
The team is welcoming, professional, and always offers great advice. Camille has taken care of us several times with such gentleness and professionalism, making each appointment a very pleasant experience.

The initial welcome was pleasant, but the service was very disappointing. The explanation before I went into the booth was rushed, and I had to undress right in front of the staff, which was completely lacking in privacy and professionalism. To top it all off, the spray tan application was very sloppy: I ended up with a patchy result, with many lighter and darker areas. Very disappointed, I do not recommend it.
I received a one-hour massage at this spa, which I hadn't been to before. I was greeted by a fantastic professional who took wonderful care of me for an hour. I 100% recommend this establishment. I apologize for not catching her name, but she usually works at the Mulhouse location (Marion or Manon, I think). Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Headspa 1 hour + 30-minute facial treatment: duo: (total service 1 hour 30 minutes): we started the session at 2:10 pm and finished at 3:15 pm. We were 25 minutes short of the treatment... what a shame. The therapist was very gentle but offered little massage... only to apply products to the scalp and face. The guaranteed relaxation time was somewhat reduced, however, as it was interrupted by a long steam session that didn't require the therapist's presence. A pity for a first experience...

My first experience lasted five minutes. Five minutes during which I was literally laughed at. I sat down, and the hairdresser examined my hair with a surprised look and a slight snicker. What's so funny? Then she called over her colleagues, who exchanged contemptuous glances and laughed amongst themselves. So I repeated the question: what's so funny? The hairdresser fiddled with my hair before announcing that the service was impossible to perform. Fine, that's not the point; I understand if you don't have the time or the equipment, but the haughty attitude, the inappropriate laughter, and this blatant contempt were completely unacceptable. I'm not a freak show. The laughter and the up-and-down looks weren't necessary. Do you get a bonus at the end of the month for your disdain?

Le plus marquant était l’attitude de l’esthéticienne avait l’air agacée à plusieurs reprises.
De plus, au cours de ma manucure l’esthéticienne s’occupait de diverses choses en même temps (de ce fait, pas consacrée totalement à mes mains), dont la lecture de ses mails personnels !!
Ormis ses points négatifs je dois dire que le résultat est superbe tout de même (conforme à mes attentes, d’où les 2 étoiles).
Dommage que mon premier ongle se soit effrité au bout de 9 jours seulement…

I'm finally taking the time to leave a review, even though it's been several months—I went to this salon in February for highlights, and I hesitated for a long time before writing anything. But after losing €200 and spending the following months trying to fix the disaster, I think it's important to share my experience.
I definitely didn't leave with highlights. So you can form your own opinion, and since sometimes pictures are worth a thousand words, I've attached several photos to my review.
The first: A photo of my hair before.
The second and third: Two photos as I left the salon with my hair curly (where I also had to pay an extra €11 for those curls).
The third: A photo a week later, with straightened hair, just before my first touch-up.
Since then, I've been doing everything I can to repair the damage: intensive treatments, follow-up appointments… and I even had to cut off a good portion of my hair, it was so damaged.
I don't wish harm on anyone, but paying so much for such a disappointing result is truly frustrating. I hope my experience will prevent others from going through the same thing.

I'm currently doing a slimming treatment there, and the results are immediately visible. I've already lost several centimeters around my waist and thighs, and my cellulite is noticeably reduced, which is very motivating. I'm writing this review long after my visit because I'm only now realizing how much this experience affected me.
I went to this salon two years ago. I simply wanted a copper color.
The result was catastrophic: in the first photo, my hair came out half black, half red, with absolutely no consistency.
The stylists seemed lost, then tried to fix it with a color remover. In the second photo, they presented the result to me as "magnificent"... even though my hair was visibly damaged and completely uneven.
When I asked if they were really going to let me leave like that, they replied, "It depends, some people like it." In other words, yes, they would have let me leave in that state.
They then did more color removers, without any real result, and I stayed at the salon all day. My hair was badly damaged. The worst part is that at the end, one of the hairdressers came to tell me, as if it were good news, "We're not going to charge you." But that was the least they could do! The problem wasn't the money; I would have gladly paid if the result had been acceptable.
And to top it all off, the hairdresser who had done my hair didn't even look at me as she left—no apology, no goodbye. This lack of respect deeply affected me.
Even today, this experience has left me truly traumatized. When I go to a hairdresser, I have a knot in my stomach, afraid of being disappointed or having my hair damaged again.
I'm sharing this review and these photos so that no one else has to go through this kind of situation.
