Having a dinner here at Café Lapérouse is a beautiful mix of classic Parisian elegance and modern energy. The décor is stunning — warm, intimate, and perfect for a special evening. The food was excellent, and beautifully presented.
Service was attentive and professional without feeling rushed. A great choice for date night or a stylish dinner with friends. Highly recommend!

Our food wasn’t that great. The service and atmosphere of the place were really good. But for the price, you don’t get what you paid for 😅

Fabulous experience, the food and presentation. Central historic location and beautiful interior decor. The team was wonderful and looked after us well.

Overall a lovely experience!
Food was solid and we had a very enjoyable dinner. Service was good, but a bit confusing about who did what. Outer tables afford a view of the main avenue, but we quite preferred our seating in the inner courtyard which was beautiful.
Gabriela Babiarczyk★★★★★
We booked a big table here for a Parisian-style afternoon tea, and it was such a lovely experience. The interior is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere was great - relaxed and elegant at the same time. The restaurant is tucked away inside a courtyard, which makes it feel calm, cozy and nicely chilled. We had tea, mocktails, cocktails and pretty much the entire dessert menu; everything was delicious!
It’s a perfect spot to catch up and indulge a little; would definitely come back.

Savory crêpes here are so good that we ended up ordering a second one after finishing the first. Highly recommend the kebab + cheese + egg combination — super flavorful and satisfying. We also tried the banana chocolate crêpe for dessert and it was delicious too. Definitely worth a visit!

You will be missing out if you don’t eat here. The 6 gentlemen work like clockwork, knowing what the other is thinking. Efficient, friendly, small establishment that’s big on taste, value, and team work. The New York sandwich is great sandwich that starts with a nice crunch of the French baguette. The crepes are exceptionally large and loaded, and packed with flavour and freshness. This is a bucket list restaurant for lunch that’s outstanding value. My kids loved the food. You guys are brilliant, thank you.

Happy Café was such a fun stop for us—definitely one we’ll remember!
We ordered two Nutella crepes, a Kinder Bueno crepe, a Nutella crepe with pistachio ice cream, and a marshmallow-topped donut, and everything was delicious. The crepes were warm, soft, and generously filled (we clearly couldn’t get enough of the Nutella 😄). The Kinder Bueno crepe was super indulgent and perfect for chocolate lovers, and the Nutella crepe with pistachio ice cream was a great combo—rich, creamy, and a little different. The donut topped with marshmallows was also a fun, sweet treat.
But by far, the highlight was the owner. He was absolutely hilarious and created such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, which really made the whole experience stand out.
Great desserts, amazing vibes, and an owner who truly makes the place special—we’d definitely come back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Milkshakes and coffee in opposite big wheel. Paris – Bon Appétit!
If you’re looking for one of the best milkshakes in Paris, this place is a must-visit! The milkshakes are incredibly rich, creamy, and perfectly blended with high-quality ingredients. Every sip is packed with flavor, and the presentation is just as impressive as the taste.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Whether you’re craving a classic chocolate shake or something more indulgent, you won’t be disappointed.
Highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth. Bon appétit!

Happy Café definitely lives up to its name. The people here are genuinely kind, friendly, and seem to enjoy what they do. The menu has plenty of great options, and everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. You can really see why it’s called Happy Café. It’s not just the food, it’s the people. We’d happily come back the next time we’re in Paris.
One small thing that really stood out: one of our orders was taking a little longer than expected, and since it was such a hot day, the staff brought us complimentary lemon drinks while we waited to make sure we stayed hydrated. It’s little gestures like that which turn a good meal into a memorable experience.

I came on Saturday afternoon around 3 p.m. I needed to queue about 5 minutes but then soon got a table for 5 people. The staffs were really nice and they spoke English quite well. I ordered an iced matcha latte. The interior decorations were really beautiful. A good place to take beautiful pictures.

We started with a seafood cold platter, which was fresh, well-balanced, and precisely composed. The escargots were prepared in classic style, rich in buttery garlic flavors with perfect texture.
For the main course, the sole was outstanding—perfectly cooked, delicate, and clean in flavor, allowing the quality of the ingredient to stand out.
The service was attentive and professional, and the setting reflects the heritage of the place.
Overall, a refined and classic French dining experience.
Coco Song★★★★☆
The restaurant side was much quieter than the café side, which I appreciated, and service started off very well. However, once the room became only slightly busier, it felt less attentive and at times a little impatient, which surprised me for a restaurant at this level.
The food was a mixed bag. The drinks were strong, the oysters were delicious, the foie gras was good, and the beef tournedos was excellent. The millefeuille was also a lovely dessert. But other dishes were underwhelming: the white asparagus was bland and unevenly cooked, the crab with lime lacked flavor, and the sea bass with crispy rice was disappointing. Our side of fries was also forgotten and only arrived after we reminded the staff, lukewarm.
I’m glad I tried it, but for the price, I expected a more polished and consistent experience.
THE ELEGANT BARISTA★★★★☆
Café de la Paix is one of the most iconic cafés in Paris, and the location is absolutely stunning. The elegant interior and historic atmosphere make it a beautiful place to visit, especially if you want to experience a classic Parisian café.
The service, however, was only average and didn't quite match the prestige of the venue. I tried a cake, a pain au chocolat, an espresso, and a drink. The beverages were good, and the espresso was enjoyable, but nothing particularly memorable. The pastries were extremely expensive and, in my opinion, not of the quality I expected for the price.
That said, it's clear that a large part of what you're paying for is the incredible location and its history. Overall, it's worth visiting once for the atmosphere, but I believe the food and pastries could better match the reputation of the café.
Doctor Bruun★★★★☆
The atmosphere is elegant and quintessentially Parisian, making it a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a break in the city.
I ordered a cappuccino and a chocolate croissant, and both were delicious. The cappuccino was rich and well-prepared, while the chocolate croissant was fresh, flaky, and full of flavor. The setting and service added to the overall experience.

I had a regular espresso, but it was quite sour. My companion ordered a filter coffee, which tasted good. We also tried the Golden Latte, but it was served cold. The staff were polite and friendly. The atmosphere is okay, but it feels more like a place to grab a drink and go rather than stay and relax
Yunadil Nugraha★☆☆☆☆
I recently ordered a matcha, and it was really disappointing. The drink tasted almost entirely like milk, with barely any matcha flavor at all. Honestly, I couldn’t even tell if much matcha powder was used, it just didn’t have the richness or depth you’d expect from a proper matcha.
For a €7 drink, I expected much better quality. On top of that, the cashier’s attitude wasn’t very welcoming and came across as a bit rude especially the ginger guy. Customer service could definitely be improved.
As someone who genuinely enjoys and understands matcha, this experience didn’t meet expectations at all. There’s definitely room for improvement, both in the drink quality and service.

I had an amazing experience thanks to an exceptional barista, Sahana. Her talent for creating beautiful latte art is honestly impressive each drink feels like a little masterpiece. Beyond that, she always gives great recommendations, suggesting drinks that perfectly match your taste.
What really stands out is the passion she puts into her work. You can tell she genuinely cares about every cup she makes and every customer she serves. Her kindness and positive energy make the whole experience even better just like Elmi, another exceptional barista.
If you’re looking for high-quality coffee made with skill and heart, this is definitely the place to go! ☕✨

I randomly came across this cafe and the food ended up being one of the highlight of my trip to Paris. I had the beef tartare which was incredibly fresh and well seasoned. The homemade fries were also absolutely delicious. The outdoor seating is great for people watching and enjoying a beer. The staff were very welcoming and attentive.

Dropped in for a pint ended with dinner. Service was long, World Cup could be the distraction. Once over, service resumed normal. Waiter was kind, food was good except for the fries, tiny cuts of it. Can’t even dip into the ketchup without messing up.

Great friendly atmosphere, fantastic food with excellent and very friendly service from Moussa, such a nice guy!!

A great little find after 'doing' the Louvre and walking past the designer shops on Rue Saint-Honore.
We wanted somewhere typically French, with great food and a relaxed atmosphere. Cafe Concorde did not disappoint. The staff are friendly, service isn't rushed and the food was lovely. We had escargot, French onion soup, pork chop and duck breast. Lovely!
There is plenty of indoor, and covered outdoor seating. When we left in the pouring rain, the inside was almost empty - outside was coming alive!

Grace Café is a total hotspot - and for good reason. Yes, it’s always busy and you should make a reservation in advance, but the food more than makes up for the wait. We had the quinoa salad and honestly, it was one of the best I’ve ever had: fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. The vibe is casual but stylish, the kind of place that just feels good to be in. Definitely worth the crowd if you’re after something delicious and wholesome.

So fresh & delicious! Best salads in the city. We ate lunch here twice on our recent visit to Paris, we loved it so much. Very nice, quaint & lovely location as well. Can’t wait to return on my next trip.

This is a really sweet nook on a very green street with a florist next door and a park across the narrow street so you are immersed in greenery and then the cafe is brightly painted in white and green with a white and green awning. Very good coffees and tasty apple care and kind service. Looks like they get very busy so be patient.

Coffee was great but apple pie was very bad. It tasted like medicine and it was extremely cakey with little apples.

Dining at François Felix in Paris was a true gem of an experience. Right from the start, the atmosphere enveloped us in warmth and charm, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The live music created a lovely vibe, complementing the meal perfectly without being too loud. , Every dish was delicious, bursting with fresh flavors that made each bite a delight.

Overall it was good. I give 4 stars because when we were seated the waitress asked us if we want water and we said yes. She gave us one bottle of still water. Later we saw in the bill that it was 10 euro. Meanwhile on every other table there were bottles of tap water which are free. So, be careful and ask for tap water - don't make our mistake.

This is actually the best place I've been to in Paris the food was perfect the onion soup was amazing with cheese and bread adding the perfect texture to every bite

We stumbled upon Kozy Bosquet while exploring the 7th Arrondissement, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our morning in Paris.
Breakfast was outstanding. The cappuccino was beautifully made, the drip coffee was rich and flavourful, the croissants were wonderfully flaky, and the breakfast sandwiches were fresh, generous, and absolutely delicious. And yes…the butter really is as good as everyone says it is in France!
What really set Kozy apart, though, was the staff. They were warm, fun, professional, and genuinely engaging. They created the kind of relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to linger over your coffee.
They also showed a wonderful bit of Parisian hospitality. My wife Rosa had bought a fresh baguette from a nearby boulangerie and asked if she could enjoy it with her breakfast. Rather than making an issue of it, they smiled and said it was perfectly fine. That small gesture spoke volumes about their confidence in their food and their focus on making customers feel welcome.
Great food, excellent coffee, outstanding service, and a warm, neighbourhood atmosphere. If you’re looking for breakfast in the 7th Arrondissement, Kozy Bosquet is an easy five-star recommendation.

Kozy was one of the highlights of our trip to Paris! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We tried the latte banana bread matcha, capuccino, fresh juices key lime blast and verry berry tornado, pancakes fruits frais, sexy Benny egg, the breakfast egg bun bacon, and to finish it all off, a granola maison. Every single dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.
My son was unstoppable! He finished the Sexy Benny egg, then the bacon and egg bun, and just when I thought he couldn’t eat another bite, he ordered the granola bowl because everything was simply too good to resist. 😂
I had the pancakes with fresh fruit and hazelnuts, and they were honestly some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had.
The staff deserve a special mention—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy, and they genuinely made us feel at home.
If you’re looking for an amazing brunch spot in Paris, don’t miss Kozy. Fantastic food, wonderful service, and a lovely atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

The food was great, everything we took was delicious. The coffees were also good, although i felt that the iced americano i took had a very strong taste. The setting was cute and cosy.
However, It was very hot inside and there was no air conditioning.
Sanita Tifentale★★★☆☆
We had brunch at this very small, popular spot. The food was really good and reasonably priced, and both the coffee and matcha were excellent. It’s easy to see why the place attracts a crowd.
However, the queue was quite long and not the most pleasant wait. The main downside for me was cleanliness — the space didn’t feel particularly well maintained, and the bathroom was not something you’d want to use.
Overall, good food and drinks, but the experience would be much better if the venue were cleaner and more comfortable
Su Su San★★★★☆
Food was good.
French toast could have a bit more fruits rather than a big scoop of cream for the price u pay but it looks pretty. Not too filling.
Toilet there's only one as one is out of service. Queue when I went there first so I didnt go. As soon as I went to Toilet again after paying bill, once I entered and locked the door, someone just started knocking. Quite rude. There was a queue again when I left. For that size, both toilet should be working.
Cannot order online nor pay but can look at menu items online.

We came here because of the great ratings and the huge number of positive reviews. We arrived around 11am and waited about 15 minutes for a table, but the line moved quite quickly so the wait wasn’t too bad.
We ordered two avocado toasts and iced lattes. The coffee was excellent and definitely a highlight of the meal. The avocado had a nice hint of lemon, and the dukkah and pomegranate seeds added great flavour and texture.
The only letdown was the sourdough. Although it was toasted, it was quite thin, still soft in the middle, and tasted a little stale. We also felt the dish would be better value if it came with two eggs as standard.
Overall, I can see why this café is so popular, and we still had a pleasant breakfast, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype for us. We’d probably choose somewhere else for breakfast next time.

We stumbled across Kozy while looking for a good breakfast spot in Paris, and it ended up being one of our favorite finds from the trip.
From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome. The service was friendly and relaxed, but still really attentive — the kind of place where you can ease into your morning without feeling rushed. It had a cozy, laid-back vibe that made it easy to sit back and enjoy the start of the day.
The food was fantastic. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and you could tell they care about what they’re serving. But the real standout was the coffee. My wife kept talking about it the rest of the day — she said it was the best coffee she had the entire time we were in Paris, which is high praise considering how many cafés we tried.
If you’re in Paris and want a breakfast spot that feels welcoming, serves great food, and absolutely nails the coffee, Kozy is well worth the stop. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

This is a cool cafe if you value the coffee itself.
It has a variety of lattes, i got the chinemon honey latte, it wad super good. I didnt expect it to be honest as i am quite traditional when it comes to coffee.

A very stylish coffee shop in Paris with good beans and dairy alternatives options. It's very popular so obviously there is always a line. Lucky we went In odd hours so didn't wait long. It's beautiful. Good is ok but very pricey. Portion sizes are decent. Went for the Hot chocolate mainly but left kinda disappointed. Especially the way they poured it. Didn't even get the chance to record it. And this was the first place I visited after landing in Paris so it was not a good start.

I went for a breakfast on Monday morning at 0830. There wasn't a long queue and I only needed to wait for around 10 to 15 minutes to be seated.
I ordered a croissant with scrambled eggs and bacon (€16), a Mocha (€8.5), and a citron tart (€10.50). I loved the croissant as I could taste the butter and it was crsipy on the outside and soft on the inside. The bacon was cooked just right that it didn't feel oily nor dry. I personally liked the Mocha more since it included coffee and their signature chocolate in one drink, you could still taste the richness of their chocolate, which balanced very well with the bitterness of the coffee. I enjoyed the citron tart as well, it was not overly acidic. From the cross-section, you could the beautiful tart included a few ingredients then just simply a custard.
The staff members were friendly to tourists who didn't know French. While the price range was a bit high, I think it reflects well with the quality of the food given. I would love to come again the next time I visit Paris.

Exceptional food, iced tea and hot chocolate. The Quiche was very good. Planned on only hitting the gift shop but the restaurant was so beautiful we ate there as well. Very glad we did. Service was very good once they acknowledged us and started with us. Was a longer wait than it should have been to get a server.

The hot chocolate and desserts were amazing! I missed the croissants this time, so I’ll definitely try them next visit.
We waited about 15-20 minutes for a seat, but the ambience and service made it worth it. Really good experience overall.

When you want to find a place for tea break, this might be one of the options in Paris. But I would recommend to make reservations in advance. We are lucky to just waiting for 15 min then we manage to get a seat. We ordered the recommended Mont Blanc (dessert made by chestnut puree, whipping cream and meringue). It taste good.

Visiting Paris for a few short days and my son saw this restaurant on TikTok or Instagram, and wanted us to try it.
What a fantastic experience.
The service was great, the food delicious and the ambiance perfect for a café breakfast!
We were worried we wouldn’t be able to get in, but we were able to but had to sit inside.
Don’t regret it!

The signature hot chocolate is a true masterpiece, tasting like pure 'liquid chocolate' in a cup. The French onion soup is equally impressive, offering the natural, clean sweetness of caramelized onions. The omelettes are expertly prepared with a perfect texture, while the croissants are exceptionally flaky on the outside, revealing buttery, well-defined layers within. Worthy to try them.

Café de Flore is worth visiting at least once for its iconic status and classic Paris café atmosphere. What we had was good and enjoyable, though not exceptional. The service was formal, professional, and high-level, but a little reserved rather than warm or lively. The place definitely has a Parisian vibe, but it also feels quite touristic and “viral” at this point. In my view, there are other cafés in Paris that feel more authentically Parisian, but Café de Flore is still a nice experience if you want to visit one of the city’s most famous spots. Be prepared for premium pricing.

What a sweet little Parisian experience at the famous Café de Flore! There was a line of people waiting to get in, which already told us this place was something special, and it absolutely lived up to the hype.
Of course, we had to try the legendary Special Flore dark chocolate with whipped cream. Oh my goodness… rich, creamy, and incredibly decadent. Definitely be careful not to burn yourself, it comes piping hot! 😄 We paired it with the classic French Napoleon pastry, and together they made the perfect combo.
The atmosphere felt timeless and authentic, like stepping into a classic Paris café scene. A must-visit spot whether you’re a traveler exploring Paris or simply looking for a memorable dessert and hot chocolate experience. Absolutely delicious!

Food fell flat. The hype sets an impossibly high bar — and the kitchen doesn't clear it. Below expectation for the price and the reputation.

Inside seating is a miss. The clatter of plates and the cramped interior strip away any of the legendary Left Bank romance. The terrace is where the magic lives.

Service was a genuine highlight — attentive, warm, and unhurried. A welcome contrast to the food.

The bathroom deserves its own mention. Genuinely impressive — a small, unexpected delight.
Tips for Visiting Cafés near Place de la Concorde
To make the most of your café hopping in this prestigious part of Paris, it helps to plan ahead. The area surrounding Place de la Concorde is one of the most regulated and tourist-heavy zones in the city, which means the rhythm of these establishments differs significantly from those in quieter neighborhoods like the Marais or Montmartre.
Time your visit strategically. If you are visiting primarily for photography or a quiet atmosphere, avoid the lunch rush between 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM. Early mornings, particularly right at opening time, offer the softest natural light and the fewest crowds, allowing you to appreciate the décor without distraction.
Dress the part. While Paris is generally casual, many of the high-end cafés and tea rooms near Rue Royale and Rue Saint-Honoré attract a chic clientele. You do not need formal attire, but "smart casual" will help you feel more comfortable and blend in seamlessly with the local atmosphere.
Check for seasonal terraces. The aesthetic of a café changes dramatically with the seasons. Many of the iconic terraces in this area are heated and enclosed during winter, offering a cozy, glass-house vibe. In summer, the terraces open up to the street, providing prime people-watching views of the passing Parisian crowd.
Be mindful of pricing structures. In this district, you are often paying for the view and the real estate as much as the coffee. Many establishments have a different price for "at the counter" (au comptoir), "inside" (en salle), and "terrace" (en terrasse). If you are on a budget but still want the experience, consider ordering at the counter or opting for a simple espresso rather than a specialty latte.
Respect the photography etiquette. While these cafés are aesthetic, they are also businesses. If you plan to take extensive photos or shoot content, it is polite to purchase a drink or pastry first. Avoid using flash or large equipment during busy hours, and always be mindful of staff and other guests who are there to relax.
Exploring the streets radiating from Place de la Concorde offers a unique blend of history, fashion, and gastronomy. Stepping into one of these cafés provides a moment of stillness in a city that is constantly moving. Whether you are admiring the gilded interiors of a historic institution or the clean lines of a modern coffee bar, you are participating in a ritual that has defined Parisian culture for centuries.
As you leave the traffic of the square behind and wrap your hands around a warm cup, you will understand why Paris remains the global standard for café culture. Take your time, look up at the moldings, watch the steam rise from your cup, and enjoy the art of doing nothing in one of the world’s most beautiful settings.
