I went here based on the good reviews, but I was very disappointed. I spent 150€ for a “soin nettoyant” and noticed absolutely no difference before and after. I still have blackheads, and my skin looks exactly the same.
If I just wanted to relax, I would have chosen a massage instead. On top of that, the staff were quite pushy about buying their products, which made the experience uncomfortable.
Overall, a waste of time and money. Very disappointed and won’t be going back. 😔
Clean and peaceful store. No strong scents or perfumes, which is a personal preference for me. The massage was very relaxing, and everybody was friendly.
Was treated to two massage treatments here by my partner, and it was really a pleasant experience. The staff are gentle and welcoming, and there's a tangible sense of calm and acceptance in the ambiance and their way of doing things. I liked how you can choice the type of music, volume, type of oil and so on. Basically, they make sure that you are comfortable and have a good experience. It's a place that I'm happy to recommend to others, as I can see that genuine client care is important to them.
I had a very warm welcome when I entered the institute for a face treatment for my impurities (caused by wearing face masks all day long thanks to the pandemic). The treatment itself was very gentle and deeply cleansing at the same time and I received a head message on top of that, which was super relaxing. I really recommend this institute for all those who wish to treat themselves to a special escape right in the center of Paris, close to the Grands Magasins !
Very enjoyable experience. I went for hair removal and this was almost pain free.
I seized the opportunity to get an upper body massage that really relaxed me. I recommend and will go again.

The experience was incredibly accommodating from start to finish, and the work itself was absolutely gorgeous. I was also dealing with some major skin dryness from the water, and those concerns were addressed during the trial in a way that actually worked and completely saved my skin for the rest of the week and a half we spent in France.
I came in with screenshots and inspiration ideas, and the guidance I received was honest, thoughtful, and so appreciated. My makeup knowledge is basically limited to mascara and lip gloss, so I was incredibly grateful for the expertise, suggestions, and reassurance throughout the process.
Beyond the talent, the experience itself was such a joy. Getting ready felt less like a vendor appointment and more like catching up with a friend. The balance of professionalism and genuine passion really shows in every detail. Communication was always quick and easy, even with the time difference between the U.S. and Europe, which I really appreciated.
We had a sunrise elopement, and despite the 4 a.m. start, everything felt calm and enjoyable. I loved every minute of getting ready, and my hair and makeup turned out absolutely gorgeous. After the trial, what could have been a stressful part of the day became completely stress-free.

Vaiana and Maeva were very kind and talented. Beautiful establishment and great service.
A professional and enjoyable experience! Maeva found the perfect color for my hair, a beautiful golden brown, by mixing several shades. She also gave me a lovely haircut. I truly felt pampered during my visit at Halloween! All the staff were dressed up as monsters, ghosts, and witches!
Finally a place that really feels like « moment détente » ! The owners are a young calm caring sweet and positive married couple who really care about their customers and also treat their team nicely. The prices are fair, the results are qualitative and the salon is very cute and has a soothing energy. I really recommend this place. Personally I spend the whole day there doing hair, nails, lash extensions etc. Spa day ! They offer delicious healthy teas with biscuit too ! 🥹💕
I once cut my hair there and fell in love so I went again... since its vacation time the original team was not available. However, I had long hair until my hip, I requested butterfly cut and with my length of hair it gave her a good base to work with... I asked for rounded in the back and short in the front... I even showed her reference photos.
On top of it, she doesn't speak english, while I do speak french she completely ignored my request and did whatever. I asked for dry cut she cut on wet hair, said its their policy, while the last time i got my hair dry cut... its her who has no experience nor professionalism. I asked for blow dry... she straightened it!
She cut my hair so short it practically looks like a badly cut bob!!! I wanted my hair rounded at the bottom... she did flat straight!!! I cried on my way home... I hated the whole experience... I just paid 56€ to feel miserable until I can grow this misery of hair out.... what a horrible experience only to trust them during month of August!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Really great pedicures and services! Great team that’s always welcoming and fun to talk to. Highly recommend, but they get busy so definitely need an appointment.
I was absolutely pleased with the results and how thorough she was! She fixed my uneven eyebrows without thinning them down!
I was also impressed with the hygiene levels, cleanliness of the shop too.
I had an appointment today at 5pm which was confirmed through email. However, when I showed up for the appointment the door was locked and the salon appeared closed. I tried calling the doorbell as well as the phone numbers but nobody answered me. I waited outside the salon for 25 minutes until I booked an appointment to another salon that happily welcomed me. I’m very glad that I didn’t pay upfront because now it’s 2 hours later I still haven’t heard anything back from the salon. Not professional and I do not recommend booking.

I absolutely love my hairdresser here—She is incredibly talented and the reason I keep coming back. In fact, my friends, my friend's director used to be a client of her which is why I followed her to this salon from her previous salon. I travel from Switzerland to Paris just for her. She is amazing, absolutely an artist.
However, my experience with the reception is very disappointing. Since it’s a co-working salon space, it’s usually bustling with people. While I was waiting with three European ladies (I am Asian), the receptionist (Madame) asked all three of them what they needed and offered them drinks, but completely skipped me. Twice. She pretended I wasn’t there. It felt blatantly racist. It’s a shame because the hairstylists are great, but the front desk behavior ruins the vibe.
I had a wonderful hair experience with Sabrina - it was more than a haircut but a completely new way of understanding and managing my curls which have changed in recent years partly because of using the wrong products and not having a stylist who understood my hair type. Sabrina gave me a fresh new look and a guide to my hair care. She understands curls! Above all Sabrina is so kind and friendly and made me feel completely at ease. She even gave my son hair advice as he was with me. I live 4000 miles away from Paris but if I ever visit again I’ll be booking my appointment with Sabrina!

I was visiting Paris and wanted a precision French haircut. Djelani Maachi Salon was highly recommended as the top choice. It was a wonderful experience. He is a delight and a master at his craft. We had a lovely time together. The salon is small and comfortable. It is located in the 1st near the Louvre. He is famous for his cuts and his product line in addition to his very special "full moon hair cutting appointments". Both he and his wife are hair color experts, I did not take advantage of that but there were a few women in the shop who were having their hair dyed. One of the customers said to me "You know he's a star!" I said yes, I read that. The cut was excellent, both he and his wife were very friendly and the price was surprisingly reasonable. I highly recommend his salon.

I was visiting Paris last month and decided to book myself a haircut, and I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the best haircut and hair experience I’ve ever had! Guillermina and Sonalie truly made me feel like a star. They were both so caring and talented. My hair still feels super shiny and healthy even after a few weeks. The second time though, despite being clear about my asks (cut the minimum needed off, I want it shoulder length, and I want to still be able to tie it all up in a ponytail), the hairdresser went way too fast and cut off nearly 10cm, rather than the 2 or 3cm we spoke about. I was upset as I have been trying to grow my hair out, but when I pointed this out, the hairdresser seemed annoyed at me. She was trying to justify herself constantly, did not acknowledge she had not done as we had agreed. No empathy, no apologies, just a “ok next time we won’t cut as much”. My advice: make sure you agree explicitly upfront what you are looking for, and keep an eye while they are cutting.
I had the absolute best experience with Angie! She gave me an amazing haircut, and when I noticed a small detail a few days later she fixed it for me right away and without extra charge. Absolutely recommend this salon!!

We had a great experience at Maison Koton intel we paid. We came early to the store because Paris is new to us and the two stylists was amazing (I wish I remembered their names). But the moment it came to payment everything changed. I had booked the Hairspa Duo for €180 and was charged for €280 cause Hair Brushing was added for an extra charge without notice. Now if they had disclose this beforehand that would not have been an issue but they did not. It maybe the fact that we are from the States or not but that was shady.
Stumbled upon this place for a blowout (brushing) during my trip to Paris. The staff was extremely kind and they did a wonderful job on my hair (I speak a bit of French, but they were really accommodating to my limitations when explaining what I wanted, and were able to speak in English) — I recommend stopping by if you’re seeking some relaxation on your trip, and a great blowout to kick off your trip.
The atmosphere was absolutely incredible! My friend and I treated ourselves to facials, and it turned out to be the most delightful experience. We felt completely rejuvenated and relaxed—definitely a highlight of our day!
Went there with my daughter as highlight of our vacation. Staff seemed friendly though not very interested. We are not fluent in French but usually people understand us, if they care enough. We told them what we wanted and asked if this facial makes sense for my daughter and me. Facial and head spa was ok although my daughter looks like a lobster now. I would have expected them to be experienced enough to treat the skin of a 15 year old teenager. For me though it worked fine.
We both got a haircut for 70€ each afterwards. Shampooing was not necessary because we had the head spa before. A price reduction would have been nice and goes without saying in my opinion. I was surprised on how little time they spent on the actual cutting part.
We had agreed on a total price of 670€ two days before and had already paid 50% upfront. But in the end they even insisted on 685€. I was too upset to argue and just wanted to get out of there.
What upsets me the most is that for this money they had the audacity to have an apprentice cut my daughter’s hair. We found out afterwards. They should have told us before and we would have refused. Also the price for an apprentice was the same as for an experienced hairdresser. Maybe just for us? My daughter showed her a picture of her prior hair cut (she got 3 months earlier, basically trim the ends), but she cut off 15 cm and my daughter is now devastated. The manager tried to save the cut but of course it was not possible.
Very unpleasant experience with a devastated teenager in the end. I cannot recommend it.
Have been looking for a hairdresser in Paris and so happy I was recommend Maison Koton. I had a haircut with Sabrina who was lovely and cut my hair and styled it just as I wanted - she was very sweet and you feel nicely looked after in this salon!

This was an absolutely amazing experience with Woody, and I will 100% visit whenever I come to Paris.
I found Woody while searching for hairstylists in Paris and read rave reviews on Reddit and Treatwell - and they were completely right.
I went for a ‘transformation haircut’ and the salon is a complete vibe in itself. The experience stayed with a wash and condition + little massage. He understood properly what I wanted (easy haircut to suit my face and need minimal styling) and he spent SO long making sure each part of my hair was cut perfectly - I really appreciated it. I have now washed my hair and it’s still maintained the styling I wanted while feeling like it really has transformed me - so completely worth it! He’s also so nice that I felt very comfortable even though it was my first experience in Paris 🙂

Getting my hair cut from Woody was truly the best haircut experience I’ve ever had. From the initial consultation to the final result, everything was perfect. He really understood the kind of style I wanted and executed it with amazing skill.

It was my first visit here for a haircut last week. Overall, the experience was good, but I’d like to share some feedback.
When I came, I showed a photo of the haircut I wanted (a photo of myself from two years ago) and explained in detail. Immediately after the haircut I noticed it looked a bit different, but I couldn’t pinpoint what exactly. Now, after comparing with my old photos, I see that the shape turned out differently than what I had before. In the reference photo, the haircut has a smooth shape, while in the new one the hair at the back sticks out and doesn’t fit into the overall style. The haircut is neat and well done, but not the shape I was aiming for. Perhaps this was due to a lack of communication, and in that case I wish there had been some clarifying questions from the hairdresser’s side.
I also asked my boyfriend to check and in his opinion it is not the same haircut so in general I believe there is no bias from my side.
The haircut also included hair washing with a scalp massage. The person responsible for the massage is a true professional — it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. The salon also used high-quality hair products, which I appreciated.
One area for improvement is the massage room setup. The massage takes place downstairs with soft, relaxing music, but unfortunately the loud music with strong beats from the main salon upstairs interfered and disrupted the atmosphere. Some sound isolation for the relaxation room would make a big difference.
Overall, I value the professionalism of the team and the quality of service as well as the effort, but since the haircut shape did not turn out as I had requested, I feel that a rating of 1 out of 5 reflects my experience best. Especially given the 95 EUR price, I was hoping for outcome closer to the reference I provided.
UPD: I went to another hairdresser to fix the haircut from Woody Saeïé and then I got a professional an explanation why the haircut did not look like the reference. The reason is that at Woody Saeïé the hairdresser created a haircut with two layers with the outer layer being shorter (you can see it in the photo). As a result the shape looked very different from the classical french bob hairstyle. To fix it we had to cut the "inner" layer (the longer one) and now it looks better although I had to cut way to much hair than I planned. But the two layer haircur was almost impossible to style well, in contrast to the french bob that is very easy to style.

This is the best salon I have ever been to! I got highlights, and they turned out incredibly natural. Lola did my colour, wash, trim, and styling, and the whole experience was amazing. The entire process took about 2.5 hours, and the result was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend it!
Yohann is terrific with color. He uses Wella color. He is also a very nice guy who speaks English. And gives a good haircut to boot! I highly recommend him, and I have been using him now for almost a year.
I came from the US and needed a blowout and had the most fabulous experience. They very kindly booked my appointment via email as O had trouble online. Gabrielle took amazing care of me with my hair and gave me the most beautiful result.
If I could give 0 stars I would do it, but unfortunately 1 is the lowest. first to say no one speaks proper English only one guy Nicolas could communicate on the lowest level to try to understand what i would like to do.
I got appointment with Adriana and when she was done with half of my head she left to do the color on 2 other ladies as it was quicker to do. So half an hour later she finished the other half of my head, as my highlight needed more time then just the color on other ladies. Like whaaaat 😳 she spoke no English so she literally just left me without saying anything.
Then i got the hair cut and i thought ok nice, when i brushed my hair later wow another disaster, holes everywhere, unevenly cut like someone who just started to learn how to cut. Probably no for sure the worst haircut/ hairstyle experience so far. Instead of having nice hair with charmy parisian experience, i got to pay 413€ for a pure disaster which i need to fix again asap. I got the charge for head massage i never got. Wow what a disappointment!!!
Only the lady who did the nails was very professional and nice. Never ever ever again in any of this salons!
I booked a 45-minute blow-dry appointment for my girlfriend, but they finished in just 25 minutes with very little effort. It felt rushed and definitely wasn’t the level of service we expected. Not cool.

This place is AMAZING! I went for a Marie Antoinette style updo for the Grand Masked Ball in Versailles and while they speak limited English they worked hard to understand me and execute the vision. Pamela did my hair and it was absolutely gorgeous and everyone there is so kind. So happy I found this spot and would recommend to anyone. Other hair salons saw the hair inspiration and turned me away since they couldn’t do this look so very much appreciate Pamela! Everyone there was so caring and kind. 15/10 thank you so much
I went to Space Hair while visiting Paris for a wash and blow out. Lauren was so kind and did an excellent job. I loved the way she styled my hair. The entire staff was very friendly. I will definitely come back on my next visit and book with Lauren!

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM and arrived right on time. To my surprise, they hadn’t even recorded my booking. The staff seemed shocked, but still asked me to wait.
After waiting 45 minutes, constantly being told “just 5 more minutes” and “it’ll be soon,” while they attended other clients before me, I decided to leave.
This shows a complete lack of respect for my time. If I had known it would be like this, I would have booked somewhere else.
Do not recommend. Poor organization and very disrespectful of clients’ time. Don’t waste your time.
I had such a lovely experience here. I was worried there might be a language barrier but Pamela was so warm and friendly, and cut my hair beautifully. I was at a market today and somebody asked to take photos of my hair because they loved it so much and wanted to take the pictures to their hairdressers - they were so excited when I told them I'd only recently had it cut and could tell them exactly where to go and who to ask for. I really hope they go to space hair and meet Pamela who is a ray of sunshine:)
